Study On Wu Jutong’s Academic Thought And Diagnosis And Treatment Rules Of Febrile Diseases In Children

Objective: Through the literature research and theoretical research of Wu Jutong’s medical works as well as the data mining of the medical cases of children’s febrile disease,this paper summarizes and understands Wu Jutong’s academic thoughts and rules of diagnosis and treatment of children’s febrile disease,enricfies and improves the theoretical system of differentiation and treatment of children’s febrile disease,strengthens the basic research of related theories of children’s febrile disease,and improves the clinical ability of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of children’s febrile disease.Promote the construction and development of infantile febrile disease,promote academic inheritance and innovation.Methods:1.Literature and theoretical research: Collect,sort out and study all Wu Jutong’s works and medical records as well as modern literature related to Wu Jutong’s research,analyze,summarize and understand Wu Jutong’s academic experience in february-related diseases.2.Mathematical Research: Excel software was used to input the data of related provisions prescriptions of children’s february-related diseases in Wu Jutong Medical Records,and standardize the etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,treatment methods and drugs.IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 tools were used for frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,to explore the diagnosis and treatment rules of Wu Jutong’s children’s fever disease and each disease.Results:1.Wu Jutong creatively proposed that children’s constitution is not full of young Yang,young Yin is not long,so it is easy to produce deficiency syndrome,easy to feel,easy to transfer,mostly due to external temperature evil,there are latent qi,diet is not joint,natural fetal poison and other reasons for the hair as temperature disease.For the treatment of children,use drugs carefully,Gan more cold less,with bitter cold,medication light spirit,take care of the spleen and stomach,pay attention to the maintenance and prevention of children.In the aspect of syndrome differentiation,Wu focused on the syndrome differentiation of three jiao,cleverly interspersed the syndrome differentiation of six channels and the syndrome differentiation of Weiqi ying and blood,so as to better confirm the severity and depth of evil qi;In terms of treatment,to preserve Yin and reduce fever as the first method,to promote the three jiao Qi machine as the treatment focus,for children’s spleen and stomach care is very important,and to diet,fetal poison as the internal cause of the disease,need to diet maintenance,detoxification.In terms of cubic medicine,following the principle of upper coke like Yu,middle coke like heng and lower coke like power,Yinqiao SAN,Sangju drink,Sanren Decoction,Jiaomai Fumai Decoction and other first prescriptions were established to target at different temperature pathogens,different parts and different depths of temperature disease.After the disease conditioning,need syndrome differentiation and it,in order to Yin and Yang harmony,spleen and stomach regulation,diet recovery.2.Mathematical research:(1)Through frequency analysis,a total of 367 visits were collected,including 84 compound syndromes with a total frequency of 195,34 single syndromes with a total frequency of 401,241 symptoms with a total frequency of 1386 and 77 treatment methods involved,which could be divided into 20 categories with a total frequency of 367,182 flavors of drugs used with a total frequency of 3910.In the medical cases of children’s februariness recorded by Wu Jutong,the complex syndrome with the highest frequency was lingering heat with frequency >20 times,while the single syndrome with frequency >30 times included heat syndrome,poison syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,lingering evil syndrome and heat dissipation syndrome.There were 15 common symptoms with frequency ≥20times,most of which were acne-specific symptoms.The other symptoms with high frequency included fever,cough,diarrhea,loose stools,constipation and abdominal pain.Tongue images with frequency ≥10 times included yellow,white,thick and red tongue.Pulse images with frequency ≥10 times included pulse number,pulse flood,pulse chord and pulse size.Treatment methods with frequency ≥40 times include carbuncle treatment,clearing heat,tonifying,removing surface and dispelling dampness.The frequency of use of drugs ≥60 times included licorice,honeysuckle,forsythia,platycodon,poria,tangerine peel,angelica radix,Radix sinicae,Radix malicae,Radix astragalus,burdoci seed,human yellow,white art,peony bark,Coix seed,ophiopogon ophiopogon,reed root,Radix scrophulariae,mainly to clear heat,tonic drugs,anti-surface drugs,drug properties are mainly cold,warm,flat,mainly sweet,sweet,bitter.The main drug channels are lung,stomach,liver and spleen.(2)By cluster analysis of common symptoms and high-frequency drugs,five groups of common symptoms and four groups of commonly used drugs can be obtained;Four groups of common symptoms and four groups of commonly used drugs can be obtained.Four paeoniae,Shenqu,poria cocos,ume plum,Radix xylosa,etc.The symptoms of the medication of children are mainly heat and Yin deficiency syndrome,and the symptoms are mainly addicted to the medication of hands and legs,convulsions of limbs,deviated mouth and eye,strong heat,dizziness,deviated limbs and deviated pulse number.The main drugs are clearing heat and tonic.The core drugs are rehmannii,Radix ophiopogonis,glycyrrhiza,rhinocorrhea,paeoniae,ejiao,soft-shichi,flos japonicae and forsythiae.The main types of acne syndromes in children are poison syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,heat syndrome and residual evil syndrome.The symptoms are skin blister,loose stool thin,fever and pulse number.Most of the symptoms are to cure carbungus,dissolving surface,clearing heat and tonifying treatment.Wu fragrance to nourish dampness and qi.Conclusions:1.Wu Jutong takes the syndrome differentiation of three jiao as the program,discusses the diagnosis and treatment of children’s febrile disease through the discussion of children’s physiology,pathology,medication and other aspects,reflects the characteristics of children’s Yin and Yang in multiple dimensions,and creates a number of prescriptions to eliminate the evil feelings and protect children’s healthy qi.2.The syndrome,method and medicine recorded in Wu Jutong’s medical case for children’s febrile disease are more abundant.Heat syndrome and deficiency syndrome are more common in single syndrome,and deficiency syndrome can be seen Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood deficiency,rather than simple Yin deficiency;Most of the symptoms were pulmonary and gastrointestinal symptoms,and the tongue and pulse showed obvious manifestations of the evil nature of warm heat and the depth of the disease location.The treatment is mainly to clear away heat evil,nourish Yin fluid,regulate qi machinery,according to syndrome differentiation,flexible combination of drugs.In the later stage of the disease,it is necessary to remove
