Study On The Academic Thought And Laws Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment On Febrile Disease Of Pang Anshi

Objcetive:Combining literature research and modern statistical analysis methods,system sorting out the article of Pang Anshi about febrile disease,and analyze,summarize its discussion of febrile diseases’ name,etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms and treatment methods.Conducting data mining,clarify the characteristics of Pang Anshi’s treatment and compatibility rule of febrile disease,in order to study Pang Anshi’s academic thought of warm disease,inherit the experience of famous,and guide the clinical syndrome differentiation of febrile disease.Methods:Based on the "General Treatise on Febrile Diseases" as the research object,screening 106 prescriptions about the treatment of febrile disease of Pang Anshi,and establish the prescription database of Pang Anshi’s treatment of febrile disease,the data analyzed by SPSS21.0,using frequency analysis and factor analysis,data mining for the frequency of the selected prescription,sexual taste,meridian,drug classification and compatibility rules,and use the theory of febrile disease to describe the statistical results,analysis and summarize Pang Anshi’s relevant discussion on the diseases’ name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment rule,exploring the origin,theoretical Connotation andinfluence on the theory of febrile diseases.Results:1.Pang Anshi clearly discussed the difference between typhoid and febrile disease;discussed a number of febrile diseases;considering that the external cause of febrile disease is the incubative pathogen and epidemic pathogenic factors,internal factors due to the human body healthy or the internal heat;pathogenesis is exogenous evil influence,producing endogenous Yu heat;the claim of the treatment on cold syndrome and heat syndrome is in a different way,mainly use clean method,moves method,and according to the condition also use sweat method,vomit method,etc.,make good use of formula for relieving both superficial and internal disorders,he also have experience on sting method to treat febrile diseases;medication is good at applying cold and cool nature herbs cooperate with Xin Wen nature herbs,attaches great importance to the heat-clearing drugs and nourishing Yin drugs,advocate careful with herbal powder.2.Through analysis the source of the 106 prescriptions which Pang Anshi use to treat febrile disease,it is concluded that Pang Anshi created 44 prescriptions for the treatment of febrile disease,others are derived from Shan Han Lun、Beiji qianjin yao fang and Wai tai mi yao.Data analysis carry out on the 106 prescriptions,drug use frequency higher are liquorice(46),radix scutellariae(28),plaster(27).According to the function points,the most commonly used drug category has heat-clearing drugs: Radix scutellariae,gypsum,gardenia,rhizoma anemarrhenae;exterior-releasing herbs: ephedra,radix puerariae,cassia twig,cohosh.According to the four natures of drugs,drugs used frequencyare cold nature herbs(286)、warm nature herbs(167),according to the five flavours of drugs,drugs used frequency are bitters(317),acrid(280),according to the channel tropism of drugs,drugs used frequency are drugs to the lung channel(379),the stomach channel(357),spleen channel(293).Factor analysis to extract the six main factors are F1: licorice、ephedra、radix paeoniae alba、rhizoma anemarrhenae、kudzu root;F2: folium isatidis、gardenia、gypsum;F3: rhubarb、scutellaria baicalensis;F4: scutellaria baicalensis、coptis chinensis;F5: almond、ginger、radix paeoniae alba、cassia twig;F6: cohosh、licorice、gypsum、kudzu root.Conclusions:1.Pang Anshi clearly pointed out the difference between the febrile disease and typhoid fever,and developed febrile diseases’ name,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and medication,on the basis of the former generation of physicians,expounds the syndrome differentiation and treatment of febrile disease.2.Pang Anshi considering that the cause of febrile disease is the incubative pathogen、epidemic pathogenic and human body healthy or the internal heat;pathogenesis is exogenous evil influence,producing endogenous Yu heat;the treatment mainly use clean method and moves method;medication is good at applying cold and cool nature herbs cooperate with Xin Wen nature herbs,advocated cool nourish method;applied a large number of heat-clearing drugs;attached great importance to protecting Yin fluid.3.Pang Anshi expounded the contagious febrile diseases’ characteristics,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prevention,recorded and created a lot of formula and method of prevention and treatment of plague,which has certain enlightenment to moderninfectious diseases’ prevention and treatment.
