| Objective: Through clinical observation,we will explore the treatment effect of qinxi exercise prescription intervention for type 2 diabetes,in order to provide a better exercise guide prescription for the clinical treatment of type 2diabetes.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the wards of Endocrinology and Massage department of the First Clinical Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly assigned to the observation and control group, and the number of both groups was set to 30 cases. In the observation group, oral acarbose was prescribed based on qinxi exercise, and in the observation group, brisk walking therapy was arranged based on oral acarbose. Both groups exercise 5days once a week for 4 weeks.Pre-and post-treatment body mass index(body mass index,BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(waist hip ratio,WHR),fasting blood glucose(fasting blood-glucose,FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2 hour postprandial blood glucose,2 h PG),glycated red and white(glycosylated hemoglobin,Hb A1c)and BCS syndrome scores between the two groups. Finally, all the data were summarized, sorted and comparative analyzed to evaluate the treatment effect. Results:Comparison of BMI and WHR indicators: before treatment, the two were without statistical significance(P > 0.05);comparable;the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05);and the two groups(before and after),the difference showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of blood glucose indicators: before treatment, the data were not significant(P > 0.05);comparable.Statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05);the two groups(before and after)(P < 0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: the observation group had 14.00 ± 3.56 points before treatment,6.27 ± 1.87 points after treatment, the control group had13.73 ± 3.55 points before treatment and 10.53 ± 2.34 points after treatment. Before treatment, when the scores of the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);after treatment, the scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05);when the two groups were treated(before and after),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: In the observation group, the total number included 30,13 and effective,12,and invalid including 5,the total efficiency accounted for 83.33%;in the control group, the total number included 30,the obvious and corresponding effective numbers were 1 and 20 respectively,9,the total efficiency was 70.00%;However,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was tested, and the comparison difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion(s):Both groups showed variable improvement in BMI,WHR,FPG,2 h PG,Hb A 1 c and TCM syndrome scores based on oral acarbose. However, oral administration of acarbose combined with wuqinxi exercise prescription intervention for type 2 diabetes has better efficacy, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
