| Objective:This article is to explore the walking exercise on blood glucos e, blood lipids and waist-hip ratio in type 2 diabetic patients in the communit y.Methods:The filtration process:About 100 middle age and elder age diabet es mellitus as subjects, using questionnaire and filtration, carry through with seve ral steps:1 Questionnaire investigation:exclude those with severe complications. 2 Specialized Test:FPG test, the criteria is higher than 16.8mmol/L;BP measure,e xclude those higher than 16.8mmo/L;BP measure, exclude those higher than 16 0/95mmHg;3GXT:surveil the effect of the filtration, exclude those having acciden ts occuring during the exercise. The aerobics validation:Make exercise prescription according to the specia 1 situation of every individual and carry out the exercise program. The medicine and the diet stay with same.Under strict supervision, the participants insist on 6 month's exercise. After the project, the fasting blood glucose is under sound c ontrol. Results:After 6 months of walking exercise, respectively, before the exerc ise intervention fasting plasma glucose, glycated hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglyc erides, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, waist-hip ratio with the movement of these indicators 3 months and 6 months later, the index matching T test results are as follows:(1) exercise before the intervention, the subjects mean fasting blood sugar is 8.13mmol/L, After 3 months of exercise, the mean is 7.67mmol/L, After 6 months of walking exercise in patients with fasting blood glucose was 7.59mm ol/L, decreased markedly different, indicating that type 2 diabetes have a sound glycemic control.(2) the subjects were on average before the TC exercise intervention in th e normal range, after the intervention, TC decreased markedly different. TG is abnormal before the intervention, the intervention decreased slightly after 3 mo nths,6 months. After the intervention,TG levels continued to decline, and there was significant difference, slightly higher than normal TG value. LDL-C is nor mal before the intervention, after the intervention, the level of LDL-C were signi ficantly different; HDL-C is normal before the intervention, after 6 months, H DL-C levels increased significantly. (3)The average waist to hip ratio of male subjects before the exercise inte rvention was 0.91, female was 0.90, after 3 months exercise intervention, the a verage waist to hip ratio was 0.90,0.88,respectively; after 6 months exercise int ervention, the average was 0.89,0.86. |
