Purpose:In this study,the effect of Wuqinxi Exercise on the microcirculatory function of patients with T2DM was discussed by conducting Wuqinxi Exercise for12 weeks and observing the changes of microcirculatory function-related indexes before and after the trial,to explore the possible physiological mechanisms of five-animal play affecting the microcirculatory function of patients with T2DM,and to provide a certain reference value for ethnic traditional sports to promote the control and management of the condition of patients with type 2 diabetes.This study was conducted to find out the possible physiological mechanisms of Wuqinxi Exercise affecting the microcirculatory function of patients with T2DM,and to provide some reference value for ethnic traditional sports to promote the control and management of type 2 diabetes.Methods:The subjects were randomly divided into equal numbers of test and control groups with the same gender ratio.The control group did not change their lifestyle habits or medication,while the experimental group performed 4sessions/week at a target heart rate of 70 minutes/session(5 minutes warm-up,4sessions of Wuqinxi Exercise for a total of 54 minutes,with 2 minutes rest after the first 3 sessions of Wuqinxi Exercise and 5 minutes stretching and relaxation after the4th session of Wuqinxi Exercise for a total of 12 weeks).Data were collected from both groups before and after the trial,including body composition,blood glucose,blood lipids,microcirculatory function,vascular endothelial function and other indicators.Results:(1)Compared with before the experiment,the body weight,BMI and body fat percentage of experimental groups were significantly decreased after the experiment,and there were significant differences compared with the control group after the experiment,and there were no significant differences in body composition indexes of the control group before and after the experiment;(2)Compared with before the trial,the levels of HOMA-IR,FBG,Hb A1c and FINS in the experimental group were significantly decreased after the trial,and there were significant differences compared with the control group after the trial.There were no significant differences in blood glucose indexes in the control group before and after the trial.(3) Compared with before the experiment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were significantly decreased after the experiment,and the level of HDL-C was significantly increased,which had significant differences compared with the control group after the experiment,and the indexes of blood lipid in the control group were not significantly different before and after the experiment;(4)Compared with before the experiment,the microvascular blood flow reserve capacity,Tc PO2and Sm O2levels of the experimental group were significantly improved after the experiment,and there were significant differences compared with the control group after the experiment.There were no significant differences in the microvascular blood flow reserve capacity,Tc PO2and Sm O2levels of the control group before and after the experiment.(5)Compared with before the experiment,the levels of e NOS,NO,PGI2 and VEGF in the experimental group were significantly increased after the experiment,while the levels of ET-1 and TXB2 were significantly decreased,which showed significant differences compared with the control group after the experiment.There were no significant differences in the indexes of vascular endothelial function in the control group before and after the experiment Conclusions and suggestion:Conclusion:(1)12 weeks of Wuqinxi Exercise can effectively reduce body weight,BMI,body fat rate,HOMA-IR and FBG,Hb A1c,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-C levels,and increase HDL-C levels in T2DM patients,thus improving the exercise ability of T2DM patients,strengthening the control of blood glucose and blood lipids in T2DM,and thus improving the disease,The Wuqinxi Exercise can be used as an effective means of preventing and treating T2DM;(2)12 weeks of Wuqinxi Exercise can effectively improve microvascular blood flow reserve capacity and Tc PO2and Sm O2levels in T2DM patients.(2)12 weeks of Wuqinxi Exercise can effectively improve microvascular blood flow reserve capacity and Tc PO2and Sm O2levels in T2DM patients,and improve microcirculatory function and aerobic exercise capacity in T2DM;(3)12 weeks of Wuqinxi Exercise can effectively increase e NOS,NO,PGI2,VEGF levels,reduce ET-1 and TXB2 levels,thus improving vascular endothelial function,which may be a mechanism to improve microcirculatory function in T2DM patients.Suggestions:(1)The exercise modality adopted in this study was relatively homogeneous,as numerous studies have shown that aerobic combined with resistance exercise may have a more beneficial effect on T2DM patients than aerobic exercise alone,and future studies should enrich the exercise modality to conduct a cross-sectional comparison of the effects of different exercise modalities on T2DM patients.(2)This study studied the capacity of microvascular blood flow reserve,Tc PO2and Sm O2were the midpoint of biceps muscle contraction and the centre of the quadriceps surface of the right thigh of the lower limb,which did not allow for a comprehensive test of all parts of the body.(3)In this study,the mechanism of improving microcirculatory function in patients with T2DM by Wuqinxi Exercise was analyzed by one-way analysis of the changes in vascular endothelial indexes after exercise intervention,but the changes in microcirculatory function were not observed by controlling the vascular endothelial indexes in the reverse direction,therefore,the improvement of vascular endothelial function may be the mechanism of improving microcirculatory function in patients with T2DM,and future studies may try to control the vascular endothelial indexes to observe the changes in microcirculatory function.Future studies may try to control endothelial indexes to observe microcirculatory function,and the mechanism has been clarified.
