| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Bupiyishen Tiaojing decoction on promoting endometrial repair after induced abortion in patients with spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improving TCM syndrome score,postoperative vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,menstrual return,and preventing and reducing postoperative complications such as infection,intrauterine adhesion,intrauterine residue.To provide reference for clinical treatment of endometrial repair in patients with spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after induced abortion.Methods: From January 2022 to September 2022,60 patients who underwent painless artificial abortion in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis were selected.According to SPSS25.0 random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Bupi-Yishen-Tiaojing Decoction for 21 days,and the control group was treated with Yasmin for 21 days.The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,postoperative vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,menstrual recovery,and endometrial changes were evaluated in the two groups.The postoperative complications such as low menstrual volume,intrauterine adhesion,intrauterine residual,and pelvic inflammatory disease were recorded.Statistical software SPSS 25.0 was used for data processing.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the basic data such as age,pregnancy,delivery,number of induced abortion,gestational age,previous menstrual cycle,menstrual period,and menstrual volume between the two groups(all P>0.05).2.In terms of TCM syndrome score(1)Comparison of total TCM syndrome score: the total TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The symptom scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy analysis: after 21 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Bupi-yishen-tiaojing decoction is better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome after induced abortion.4.Vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain after artificial abortion: after treatment,the vaginal bleeding time and abdominal pain days of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the bleeding score was lower than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The first menstruation after operation: the return days of menstruation after operation in the control group were better than those in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual period and menstrual volume of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Postoperative uterine condition,incidence of intrauterine residue,intrauterine adhesion,postoperative infection,pelvic inflammatory disease: there was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05),which can prevent and reduce complications.7.Follow-up after induced abortion: comparing the second and third menstruation after operation,the second menstrual cycle in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the second menstrual cycle,the third menstrual cycle and menstrual period(P>0.05).The improvement of menstrual volume in the second and third time in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Bupi Yishen Tiaojing decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of waist and knee weakness,fatigue,lower abdominal pain,pain in a fixed place,dizziness and tinnitus,orbital dark,dry mouth and throat,cold limbs,frequency of urination in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after induced abortion,and has better curative effect in postoperative abdominal pain symptoms,shortening postoperative vaginal bleeding time and reducing vaginal bleeding volume.2.Bupi-yishen-tiaojing decoction can promote the recovery of menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume after induced abortion,promote the repair of endometrium,and prevent and reduce complications.3.It further illustrates the importance of intervention treatment for patients after induced abortion.At the same time,it also embodies the characteristic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,preventive treatment and prevention of disease.To provide a variety of treatment options for promoting endometrial repair after induced abortion. |
