The Evaluation Of The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventional Treatment For Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Before Conception

Objective:Combining the theory of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation with the method of regulating menstrual circadian rhythm, Interventional Treatment for Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion (RSA) Before Conception, provides the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) interventional treatment for this disease, and reveals the mechanism of interventional treatment. Meanwhile, it also increases cure rate of RSA, and enriches advantages and contents of TCM treatment for RSA.Method:142 patients of typical RSA were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was given the treatment of TCM intervention and miscarriage prevention. Except the treatment of TCM intervention, the control group was treated as treatment group. Testing indexes contain serum E2, P, HCG Quantitative dilution, Embryo development shown through Type B ultrasonic, and other indexes about RSA. And then combining these indexes and curing rates of clinical pregnancy between two groups, we evaluated TCM interventional treatment for RSA.Result:(1) sex hormone:Values of Serum E2 before and after TCM interventional treatment before Conception, P<0.01, showed significant difference. Values of serum FSH, LH, PRL and T, P>0.05,showed no statistical significance. Serum E2 Values of treatment group and control group after Conception showed statistical significance (P<0.05).Serum P values showed statistical significance(30 days after Conception, P<0.01, in other gestation, P<0.05).Serum P-HCG values showed statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) Type B ultrasonic:values of highest diameter of Gestational Sac treatment group and control group (40d±,50d±,70d±), P values< 0.05, showed statistical significance. In treatment group, there are 27 persons showing fetal heart beating and 3 persons showing fetal heart stopping. In control group, there are 21 persons showing fetal heart beating and 9 persons showing fetal heart stopping. (3) The function of thyroid:the effective rate of recovering to normal in treatment group (75.00%)is higher than that in control group (42.86%). The rate of pregnancy failures in treatment group (12.50%) is lower than control group (28.57%). (4) The function of blood coagulation:the effective rate of D-Dimer decreasing to reference range in treatment group (75.00%) is higher than control group (40.00%). The rate of pregnancy failures in treatment group (0.00%) is lower than control group (10.00%). (5) Indexes relative to immunology:the effective rate of valence of IgG transforming to negative and titer value decreasing in treatment group (100.00%) is higher than control group (42.86%). The rate of pregnancy failures in treatment group (20.00%) is lower than control group (28.57%).The rates of ACA. AsAb and EmAb transforming to negative in treatment group (66.67%,50.00% and 50.00%) are all higher than those in control group (16.67%.0.00% and 33.33%). The rate of pregnancy failures in treatment group (10.00%) is lower than control group (18.18%). P values of CD4+、CD8+ and NK between treatment group and control group in 40d± after conception are all smaller than 0.05, which showed statistical significance.(6) Aetology:Comparing the treatment group to control group showed no significant difference. (7) The mass effect of the clinical treatment:In treatment group (30 pregnants), there are 27 cured examples and 3 failed examples, which shows the effective rate 90.00%; In control group (30 pregnants), there are 21 cured examples and 9 failed examples, which shows the effective rate 70.00%. So, the mass effect of the clinical treatment of treatment group is higher than that control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventional Treatment Before Conception combining the theory of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the method of regulating menstrual circadian rhythm can increase remarkably the treatment rate of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion. By intervening the indexes (The function of thyroid blood coagulation, and relative to immunology and Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion), the treatment rate of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion is improved successfully. And our work also improves evaluating of the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine interventional treatment for Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion before Conception.
