| Objective: This subject objectively evaluates and determines the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy,and provides a safe and effective treatment method for the endometrial recovery of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after abortion for clinical use.Method: This topic using clinical control study,selected 72 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis after stream of people,randomly divided into two groups,treatment group with Chinese medicine cycle therapy,the control group with conventional treatment commonly,observe two groups of stream of people surgery in patients with endometrial repair clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group by period of treatment,and the corresponding treatment curative effect comparison after taking this medicine.Results: Sixty patients completed the study according to the study protocol.30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.1.Curative effect of TCM syndromes:TCM syndromes curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,with significant difference(P < 0.01).2.Total score of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of single item of TCM syndrome scores(1)Comparison within the group after treatment: the treatment group can significantly improve the individual symptom of the patients in traditional Chinese medicine,the difference was significant(P < 0.01);The control group was effective in improving the pain of waist and knee,lower abdominal pain,dizziness and tinnitus,lassitude,dryness of mouth and throat,frequents urination and chills of limbs,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01),but useless in improving the dry skin,hand,foot and heart heat(P > 0.05).(2)Comparison between groups after treatment: the treatment group was more obvious in improving the symptoms of TCM than the control group(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of endometrial thickness after abortion:on the 7th day after surgery,the two groups had the same effect on endometrial growth,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05);The effect of endometrial growth in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group on the 21 st day after operation(P< 0.01).5.Comparison of vaginal bleeding time after abortion: after the end of the course of treatment,the vaginal bleeding time of the treatment group was significantly shortened,and the effect was obviously better than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01).6.Comparison of the amounts and cycle of the first menstrual period after abortion: after the treatment,the recovery of the first menstrual volume of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.01);the normal condition of the first menstrual cycle in the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Results of follow-up after abortion:the improvement of the second and third menstrual volume and the normal menstrual cycle in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy is more effective than postoperative infection prevention treatment in improving kidney deficiency and blood stasis symptoms,promoting endometrial repair and shorting vaginal bleeding time.2.Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy is more effective in promoting the establishment of normal menstrual cycle and improving postoperative menstrual volume than postoperative infection prevention treatment.3.According to the results of 3 months follow-up,TCM cycle therapy has a long-term effect on improving the menstrual status of patients after induced abortion.4.The importance of Chinese medicine prevention of disease was further demonstrated. |
