| ObjectiveObserve the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chi nese medicine basic treatment to increase the external application of traditional Chinese medicine packs and pure conventional western medicine to treat periarthritis of the shoulder,and explore the clinical effect of large Chinese medicine packs on the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder,in order to seek a more effective and conservative treatment of this disease.Safe and easy way.MethodsBased on the principle of voluntary participation in the study,70 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder in the outpatient department of orthopedics of Shenzhen Baoan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were screened strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria from May 2019 to January 2020.The single-blind method and simple randomization method were used to divide the treatment group(extracorporeal shock wave therapy+celecoxib oral administration+large Chinese medicine package hot pack)and the control group(extracorporeal shock wave therapy+celecoxib oral administration)into 35 patients each.After 4 weeks,VAS,shoulder mobility(abduction,forward flexion,extension),shoulder function score CMS,serum inflammatory factors(peripheral blood interleukin 6(IL)-6),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α))and clinical efficacy standards of TCM disorders were statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.ResultsThrough statistical analysis and comparison of general data such as gender,age,and disease duration of the two groups of patients,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the general data of the two groups of patients are similar and comparable.After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,the VAS scores were reduced,shoulder mobility(abduction,forward flexion,extension)and shoulder function scores CMS were all increased.Serum inflammatory factors(peripheral blood leukocyte mediators)6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)were decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that both treatment methods can reduce clinical symptoms and improve daily function Activities and improve quality of life.Comparison between groups:VAS score,shoulder mobility,shoulder function score,and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The VAS score and the difference before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the mobility of the shoulder joint(abduction,forward flexion,and extension)between the two groups after treatment and before and after treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the shoulder joint function score CMS and the difference before and after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Treatment The serum inflammatory factor(IL-6)level and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the serum inflammatory factor(TNF-α)level between the two groups after treatment The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference before and after treatment was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the entire course of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated in comparison with the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of Chinese New Drugs".Statistics showed that the treatment group was cured in 7 cases,markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 4 cases,and ineffective in 1 case,with a total effective rate of 97.14%;the control group was cured in 4 cases,13 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 77.14%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.No adverse reactions occurred during the entire course of treatment in the two groups of patients.ConclusionConventional western medicine foundation and external application of traditional Chinese medicine packs for the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder and conventional western medicine foundation and external therapy alone have good treatment effects,but conventional western medicine foundation and external application of traditional Chinese medicine packs have good effects in alleviating pain,improving shoulder function,and improving patients’ quality of life.To play a better role.At the same time,the external application of large Chinese medicine packets is simple and easy,and the medication is safe and has no side effects.It is worthy of clini cal promotion and application. |
