| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Simiaosan Jiawei recipe combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of damp-heat cervical high-risk human papillomavirus infection,in order to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical lesions,and to provide reliable clinical basis for the effective prevention of cervical cancer.Methods: Sixty patients with damp-heat dilated cervical HR-HPV infection who met the inclusion criteria were University of Chinese Medicine and the Ren ’ai Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022,and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Experimental group: Simiaosan Jiawei recipe combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel(trade name:You Jingan)treatment,Simiaosan Jiawei recipe was taken 3 days after menstration,one dose a day,half an hour after meals,once in the morning and once in the evening,even for 14 days as a course of treatment.According to the development of the disease and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the treatment is set as 1 course of treatment every month,3 courses of continuous use;recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in monthly menstrual clean 3 days after the start of vaginal administration,once every other day,each time 100,000 IU,10 times a month for a course of treatment,continuous use of 3 courses of drug withdrawal.Control group:recombinant human interferon α-2b gel was used alone,the same usage and administration method as the experimental group.The experimental group and the control group were screened in the month after the diagnosis was confirmed,and the treatment plan of each group was started after the menstruation was clean.The treatment month was the first month,and the qualitative detection of HPV typing,cervical liquid-based cytology and other laboratory indicators of the two groups were reviewed 3-5 days after the menstruation was clean in the fourth month,and the TCM syndrome score was performed.Finally,results are analyzed statistically.Results:(1)In the aspect of TCM syndrome: after intra-group comparison,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group and the control group was reduced after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was 7.23±7.12,and the total effective rate was 86.66%.The TCM syndrome score of the control group was 11.13±7.42,and the total effective rate was 56.66%.By comparison between groups,there was a statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P=0.043 < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM clinical symptoms.(2)In terms of HR-HPV turning negative: After treatment,both the experimental group and the control group could promote negative HR-HPV.In the experimental group,16 patients recovered after treatment,8 were effective,6 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.In the control group,9 patients were cured after treatment,8 were effective,13 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 56.67%.Compared with the two groups,there was a statistically significant difference in the efficacy of promoting HR-HPV negative conversion between the two groups(Z=-2.099,P=0.036 < 0.05).In addition,the clinical effect of Simiaosan Jiawei recipe combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel was better than that of the control group.(3)In terms of TCT results(excluding 9 subjects with normal results before and after treatment),there were 26 abnormal TCT results and 4normal TCT results in the experimental group before treatment.In the control group,24 patients had abnormal TCT results before treatment,and 6 patients had normal TCT results.After treatment,both the experimental group and the control group improved the level of TCT.In the experimental group,15 people were cured,5 were effective,6 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 76.92%.In the control group,8 patients were cured,4 were effective,13 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 48.00%.By comparison between groups,the difference of TCT results between the experimental group and the control group after treatment was statistically significant(Z=-2.124,P=0.034 < 0.05),indicating that the efficacy of improving TCT in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Simiaosan Jiawei recipe combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel has definite clinical effect in the treatment of damp-heat cervical high-risk HPV infection,which can not only relieve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,but also effectively eliminate the HR-HPV virus,improve the level of TCT,and significantly improve the clinical comprehensive efficacy.The clinical effect is better than the single application of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel,worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. |
