Preoperative Application Of Jiawei Qianlixiaozheng Decoction For Dampness-heat Stasis Type Low And Medium Risk Efficacy Of Prostate Cancer Patientsr

Objective: To analyze the TCM syndrome types of prostate cancer patients before operation in our center,and through a randomized controlled trial,to observe the effect of modified Qianliexiaozheng decoction on the patients with low or middle risk prostate cancer of damp-heat and blood stasis type before operation,and to provide some reference for clinical work.Methods: 152 patients with prostate cancer received a randomized clinical trial in a center of our center.Through a randomized clinical trial with a center,68 patients diagnosed as middle and low risk prostate cancer(damp-heat suppression type)were randomly assigned between the experimental group(34 patients)and the control group(34 patients).The monitoring group used a 0.2 mg sustained-release capsule of Solomon Hydrochloride.On the basis of the experimental group,the experimental group added a box of Qianliexiaozheng granules per second,three times a day.The changes of TCM symptoms,Hamilton anxiety scale score,I-PSS score,urine rate and severe PSA were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and compared and analyzed 8 weeks after treatment.Results: From October 2021 to January 2023,29 cases of prostate cancer,17 cases of acne,72 cases of papilloma,31 cases of nephritis and 3 cases of qi and blood were registered in the urology department of Yan ’an Hospital affiliated to Kunming Medical University.The difference between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant.Eight weeks after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom points and total score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom points and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the evaluation of yin-qi expansion,urinary frequency and scrotal humidity(P>0.05).The overall efficiency of the observer group is 91.18%,and that of the monitoring group is 70.59%.Statistical analysis showed that the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z =-3 239,P=0.001).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the anxiety scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Comparing the I-PSS scores between the two groups before treatment,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the maximum urinary flow rate in the observation group was greater than the control group(P <0.05);the difference in PSA levels was not significant(P> 0.05).The difference of the highest urine flow rate after treatment was statistically significant,and the highest urine flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group(P < 0.05).The two groups of safety indicators before and after treatment are within the normal range,and the statistical significance of the two groups of safety indicators before and after treatment is relatively small.Conclusion: The preliminary results of this study show that in 68 patients with middle and low risk prostate cancer,applying Qianli Qingtang before operation can greatly improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract,including hysteria and wet hysteria,and produce results.
