Collation And Research On The Academic Experience Of Lingnan Famous Doctors In Treating Jaundice

Objective: Lingnan is located on the coast of the South China Sea in China,with a humid and humid land,which is closely related to the occurrence of jaundice.However,the unique geographical environment also affects the ways and concepts of local doctors in diagnosing and treating jaundice.Throughout the long struggle against diseases,famous doctors in Lingnan have accumulated rich experience.This study attempts to organize the academic experience of famous doctors in Lingnan in treating jaundice,and explore their medication patterns through data mining,in order to provide reference and reference for modern treatment and research of jaundice.Methods: Adopting a combination of literature research and data mining methods.Literature research: including data search,identification,and organization.Take photos and save the collected first-hand information,organize it into a Word document,compile and organize it according to historical stages,and use traditional explanations,disease analysis,classification and summary methods to sort out the academic experience of Lingnan famous doctors in treating jaundice throughout history,exploring its academic connotation and clinical value.Data mining: Organize and screen the prescriptions of famous Lingnan doctors in the past to treat jaundice,import them into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.0)for multidimensional analysis,and explore and analyze the medication characteristics for treating jaundice.Results: The famous Lingnan doctors of the past dynasties who treated jaundice mainly include Ge Hong of the Jin Dynasty,Liu Fang of the Song Dynasty,Shi Jihong of the Yuan Dynasty,Wang Lun of the Ming Dynasty,Zhang Jike,etc;In the Qing Dynasty,there were mainly He Mengyao,Liu Yuan,Huang Tong,Chen Fuzheng,Pan Mingxiong,and others;During the Republic of China period,there were mainly Chen Botan,Xiao Budan,and Hu Zhen.The first part of the paper is an overview of Lingnan medicine,mainly discussing the concept and geographical scope of Lingnan.The second part is a study on the academic experience of the treatment of jaundice by famous Lingnan doctors of all dynasties.Through reviewing relevant literature,the author found that 15 famous Lingnan doctors of all dynasties,such as Ge Hong,Liu Fang,Wang Lun,He Mengyao,Liu Yuan,Chen Fuzheng,Xiao Budan,etc.,had unique opinions on the treatment of jaundice,had a relatively systematic treatment system,and reflected the current development status of Lingnan medicine in their academic achievements,Therefore,this section focuses on selecting 15 famous Lingnan doctors from various dynasties to organize and summarize their academic experience in treating jaundice.The third part analyzes the medication patterns of Lingnan famous doctors in the treatment of jaundice through data mining technology.Through data mining technology analysis of medication patterns,a total of 262 prescriptions were selected,with a total of 247 traditional Chinese medicines.The frequency of drug use in the prescriptions was ranked in descending order,with the top five being licorice,wormwood,gardenia,rhubarb,and poria cocos;The top three in terms of drug properties,taste,and frequency of meridian use are cold,warm,calm,bitter,sweet,and spicy,respectively,and the spleen,stomach,and lung meridians;The top three types of efficacy are heat clearing,tonifying deficiency,and promoting water and dampness infiltration;Extract 3 new prescription core drug combinations.Conclusions: This study summarizes the following conclusions by organizing the academic experience of Lingnan famous doctors in the treatment of jaundice through the use of modern data mining techniques and analyzing the medication patterns of Lingnan famous doctors in the treatment of jaundice:First,famous doctors in Lingnan have certain insights into the treatment of jaundice,such as the idea of "dampness heat turns yellow,Xin San promotes liver spleen stagnation,bitterness and cold diarrhea stomach and gallbladder excess heat" in the "Dream Yao’s spleen and dampness dispelling method" for treating jaundice,and the academic idea of "spleen and kidney deficiency,supplementing qi and strengthening spleen dryness and dampness,sweet and warm spleen and warming kidney" in the treatment of jaundice.Shi Jihong believes that the cause of jaundice is Lingnan malaria,and the treatment emphasizes warming and tonifying,emphasizing the rise of yang qi,which is worthy of further in-depth research.In addition,the famous doctors of Lingnan throughout history have used some simple or simplified methods to treat jaundice,such as Qi Gong,dietary therapy,and external treatment.Secondly,regarding the records of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine,famous Lingnan doctors throughout history,especially during the Republic of China period,such as Xiao Budan and Hu Zhen,realized that the treatment of jaundice can be tailored to local conditions by selecting authentic Lingnan herbs.Southern medicines such as Tianji Huang,Wuclawed Dragon,Hulu Tea,Huangpi Ye,and Rabu Ye have good effects in the treatment of jaundice.Therefore,contemporary Lingnan doctors can try to use more Southern medicines for the treatment of jaundice.Third,according to the multi perspective analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform,it is revealed that the treatment of jaundice by famous Lingnan doctors throughout history still follows the principle of "dispelling dampness and promoting urination",with the methods of clearing heat and promoting dampness,promoting gallbladder and removing jaundice,and regulating spleen and promoting qi;Medication should be tailored to local conditions,taking care of the spleen and stomach,regulating the qi mechanism,and utilizing bitter and cold medicines to regulate the evil of dampness and heat,while using sweet and warm medicines to regulate and supplement the deficiency of the spleen and stomach.
