Effect Of Huatan Tongluo Decoction Combined With Atorvastatin On The Stability Of Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque In Patients With Wind-phlegm-blocking Cerebral Infarction

Object:In order to supplement the deficiency of western medicine in the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction and provide some reference basis for the prevention and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,this study selected Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction.To observe the effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction on the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque in patients with wind-phlegm blocking collateral-type cerebral infarction on the basis of atorvastatin treatment.Methods: A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction of wind-phlegm blocking collaterals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huatan Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group for 90 days.The changes of blood lipid indexes such as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)value,Crouse score,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.To determine whether Huatan Tongluo decoction has effect on the stability of carotid unstable plaque in patients with wind-phlegm blocking collateral-type cerebral infarction.Results:There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease and other general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).After 90 days of treatment,no cases dropped out in either group.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood lipid,IMT,Crouse score,number of vulnerable plaque,NIHSS score,and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in TC,TG,LDL-C,IMT,Crouse score,number of vulnerable plaque,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C,IMT,number of vulnerable plaque,NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were different,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),in Crouse there was no difference in the integral score(P > 0.05).Conclution:(1)Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium can reduce TC,TG,LDL-C and other blood lipid indexes,and can reduce IMT value,and the curative effect is better than atorvastatin calcium monotherapy.(2)Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium can reduce Crouse score,but the efficacy is equivalent to atorvastatin calcium alone.(3)Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium can reduce the number of vulnerable plaques,and the effect is better than atorvastatin calcium alone.(4)After 90 days of treatment,Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with atorvastatin can reduce the NIHSS score and TCM syndrome score,improve the symptoms of patients,and the curative effect is better than atorvastatin calcium monotherapy.
