| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion in the treatment of sputum and stasis obstructive cerebral infarction,to provide a scientific and objective basis for the promotion and application of dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion in the recovery period of cerebral infarction,further highlight the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide more cheap,reasonable,safe and effective external treatment techniques for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods: From January 2022 to January 2023,60 patients recovering from cerebral infarction who were treated in the Department of Encephalopathy of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method.Control group: Conventional western drug treatment(including antiplatelet aggregation drugs and lipid-lowering stabilizing drugs)from day1 to 14.Treatment group: Day 1 to day 14 was treated with Dragon Tank Comprehensive Moxibustion combined with conventional Western medicine.The changes of NIHSS score,ADL score,TCM syndrome score,infrared thermal imager to detect head skin temperature,cerebral hemodynamic parameters and serum lipid,blood rheology and homocysteine levels in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis to comprehensively evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the study protocol measures.Results:(1)Before treatment,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group(baseline data,NIHSS score,ADL score,TCM syndrome score,head skin temperature detected by infrared thermal imager,cerebral hemodynamic parameters,blood lipids in serum,hemorheology,Homocysteine level)had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.(2)Comparison of efficacy indicators after treatment.(1)NIHSS score comparison: The NIHSS score of the treatment group after 14 days of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Comparison of ADL score: The ADL score of the treatment group after 14 days of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM symptom score: The TCM symptom score of the treatment group after 14 days of treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of head skin temperature detected by infrared thermal imager: the average temperature of head skin in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after 14 days of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of cerebral hemodynamic parameters: The cerebral hemodynamic parameters(except the average flow rate of the right vertebral artery)(Vs,Vm)in the treatment group after 14 days of treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of serum lipids,blood rheology and homocysteine levels: serum lipids(except high-density lipoprotein),blood rheology(except the average flow rate of the right vertebral artery),and homocysteine levels in serum after 14 days of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Safety evaluation: Through clinical observation,neither the treatment group nor the control group had abnormal results such as liver function,kidney function and coagulation function during the test,and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion(s):(1)Dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion has obvious curative effect on the recovery period of cerebral infarction(sputum stasis obstruction type),can effectively reduce the patient’s NIHSS score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,improve the patient’s ADL score,improve the defect of neurological function,promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the patient’s ability to perform activities of daily living,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and reduce the disability rate.(2)Dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion has no obvious toxic side effects,and the efficacy is accurate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
