Background:In 2008,the third sampling survey of residents in China revealed that the cause of death was the first in the brain.In various cerebrovascular diseases,stroke was the most harmful,and the incidence of stroke in China was the highest in the world.As the first cause of death,the stroke have the characteristics of high mortality/high disability rate and high recurrence rate,Seriously threatening the health and life of our residents.According to the survey,three fourths of the stroke population in China accompanied by a certain degree of disability,which lead to a heavy burden of society and the family,as well as a serious decline of the quality of life.How to improve the quality of life and the activities of daily livingof this population has become the target of medical personnel,medical intervention traditional needs to be further improved;comprehensive geriatric assessment is a comprehensive evaluation method of multi dimension,can be found in patients with existing or potential problems,provides the basis for the intervention of the patients.Purpose:1.To understand the qualities of life of patients incerebral infarction recovery period and to provide evidences for the follow-up intervention.2.To build the nursing intervention program with elderly patients in the cerebral infarction recovery period based on the comprehensive assessments of the elderly.3.To explore the effectsof comprehensive assessment methods and intervention programs on the quality of life and the self-care ability of elderly patients in the cerebral infarction recovery period.Method:A total of 136 patients in the cerebral infarction recovery period,who received treatments in Fuyang Clinical College(Fuyang People's Hospital)from June 2015 to July 2017,were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group with 68 patients and control group with 68 patients.Basic information of all patients in the study were collected,including the assess of the self-care daily life at 24 hours in the hospital,discharged,discharged 1 month,discharged 3 months.All the patients were examined for SF-36 quality of life when patients admitted to hospital in 72 hours and discharged 3 months.The control group took the routine care of elderly and cerebral infarction disease;Experimental group complete the comprehensive assessment of the elderly within 72 hours of admission.Based on conventional treatment and nursing and according to the existence of elderly problems,choose one or more corresponding comprehensive assessment of elderly prescription,and give the system intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups were evaluated by taking the patients ' self-care ability and quality of life as the main observation index.Data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software package,and the scores of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The activities of daily living in the two groups were improved to some extent when discharged.The patients in the experimental group when they were discharged at the hospital,4 weeks after discharge,and 12 weeks after discharge,the activities of daily living were compared with the admission time,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);2.The activities of daily living in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group after 4 weeks' discharge and 12 weeks' discharge,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.According to the survey of the quality of life at discharged 3 months,the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in the aspects of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,health status,vitality,emotional function,mental health and social function.(P<0.05).Conclusion :1.The elderly comprehensive assessmenttool can be used to find potential elderly problems in elderly patients based on the basis of routine treatment.2.Took the targeted intervention according to the elderly comprehensive assessment can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.3.Nursing intervention plan based on comprehensive assessment of the elderly can improve the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction.
