Clinical Observation On The Recovery Period Of Cerebral Infarction(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) In The Treatment By Yisuihuo Luo Ointment

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of YiSuiHuoLuo ointment in the treatment of cerebral infarction at recovery stage(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),objectively evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and provide a scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods:Methods 60 cases of outpatients or inpatients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected from Department of traditional Chinese medicine,Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and second people’s Hospital of Taiyuan.According to the order of visits,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,100mg/day,Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,20mg/day,at the same time;the rehabilitation physician under the guidance of Brunnstrom exercise,40 minutes / day.The treatment group in the control group based on the service of Yi Sui Huo Luo ointment prepared by traditional Chinese medicine preparation room in Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University(balm is the main component of Astragalus 300 g,Polygonatum sibiricum 150 g,Rhodiola 150 g,Cornus 120 g,Pueraria 150 g,Rehmannia 150 g,angelica 120 g,yam 120 g,Rhizoma Chuanxiong 90 g,Radix Paeoniae rubra 120 g,earthworm 120 g,Salvia miltiorrhiza 150 g,tangerine peel 90 g,amomum fruit 60 g,Acorus 100 g,Polygala 100 g,Eucommia 120 g,Achyranthes 120 g,peach Seed 90 g,safflower 90 g,Net Cliffbean 150 g,tortoise shell glue 150 g,etc)20g/time in the morning and evening.After treatment,every 15 days to 1 scores were compared between the two groups total efficacy,clinical neurological deficit scores,modified Barthel index score,TCM symptom scores of stroke changes,coagulation level,blood lipid level and liver and renal function indicators,to evaluate its efficacy and safety treatment.Results:(1)Total curative effect: the total effect ive rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,and the curative effect of the treat ment group was better than the control group.(2)Clinical neuro logical defect scores: analys is of scores between the two groups at different time points of clinical neuro logical deficit with repeated measurement of variance,scores of the two groups of clinical neuro logical deficittreat ment had no significant difference before and after treatment for 15 days,30 days,45 days,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group score lower than the control group.(3)The modified Barthel index score: a comparative analys is of two groups at different time points of modified Barthel index score by repeated measurement of variance,integral was no significant difference between two groups before treatment,after treatment for 15 days,30 days,45 days,there was a statistically signific ant difference in treatme nt group score higher than that of the control group;(4)TCM syndrome score: repeated measurement of variance analys is was used to compare the two groups of TCM syndrome scores at different time points.Before treat ment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups.There was significant difference in 15 days,30 days and 45 days after treatment,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.(5)Blood clotting level and blood lipid level: t test was used to compare the difference of blood clotting level and blood lipid level between the two groups before and after treatment,and there was no significant change.(6)Safety assessment : no liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion:This shows that the clinical observation and research,YiSuiHuoLuo ointment combined with conventional western medicine treatment of cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)patients than single western medicine treatment efficacy,the symptoms improved more significantly;and no liver and kidney function damage and other adverse reactions during treatment,that explained YiSuiHuoLuo ointment in the safety of clinical application.At the same time,YiSuiHuo Luoointment is prepared with the cream of Chinese characteristics,giving full play to the advantages of TCM and providing a strong basis for the wide development of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.
