Qidanhuayu Decoction For The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome In The Recovery Period Of Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe the effect of Qidan Huayu Decoction on the improvement of TCM symptom score,nerve function recovery,limb movement function and self-care ability of daily life.Methods: Collected from october 2018 to october 2019 to see a doctor in the rehabilitation department of shanxi traditional chinese medicine hospital for hospitalization.a total of 62 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral infarction who met the criteria included in this study were divided into control group and test group according to the random principle.the control group was given traditional western medicine,routine acupuncture and symptomatic rehabilitation training.the test group was treated with qidan Huayu decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group,with3 days and 21 days after hospitalization as the experimental observation node.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score and neurological function scale score were recorded(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS),motor function score(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA),daily life ability score(Bathel Index,BI)and hemorheological index,the scores before and after treatment were matched t tested,and independent test was used between groups to scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qidan Huayu decoction in treating patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.Results:1)the clinical effect of TCM,the clinical manifestations of TCM symptoms were scored on the 3rd day of admission and 21 days after hospitalization hospitalization.Except that the treatment is ineffective and the deterioration is effective,the conclusion is drawn.The effective rate of TCM symptom in experimental group was 93.5%,and that in control group was 83.8%.2)NIHSS score: after paired t test,the NIHSS score of the test group and the control group was reduced,the NIHSS score of the test group was reduced more significantly,and the symptoms of the test group were improved more obviously.The post-treatment NIHSS score(14.39±0.49)was lower than the pre-treatment score(17.58±0.26,t=10.98,p<0.05)and and the post-treatment score(14.59±0.59,t=9.13,p<0.05).3)FMA scores of the test group and the control group were improved,the FMA score ofthe test group was increased more significantly,and the limb activity was more flexible.the post-treatment FMA score(80.32±2.33)in the experimental group was higher than the pre-treatment score(60.12±2.25,t=-14.20,p<0.05)and the post-treatment score(69.59±2.93,t=-11.92,p<0.05).4)BI index two groups All of them were improved,and the self-care ability of the experimental group was stronger.The BI index(59.19±3.50)in the experimental group was higher than that in the pre-treatment group(40.97±4.10,t=-17.34,p<0.05)and in the control group(57.19±4.24,t=-12.74,p<0.05).5)blood viscosity and D dimers can be regulated both the experimental and control groups.Conclusion:Qidan Huayu decoction is effective in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of cerebral infarction.It can effectively reduce NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,blood viscosity and D dimer,and improve FMA score and BI index.
