| Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of "Heshu Massage" on patients with primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),in order to provide new methods and insights for treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: According to the order of enrollment,60 patients who matched the selection criteria were randomly divided into two group: the observation group and the control group. The observation group used "Heshu Massage",and the control group was treated with routine massage. Both groups were treated for 3 courses.Record the scores of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)syndrome scale items, total score of syndrome scale, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, total score of COX dysmenorrhea symptom scale(CMSS)before and after treatment of the two groups,as well as the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment, and use SPSS25.0 statistical software to statistically analyze the above data.Results:1.Before treatment, the two group of patients were no significant in age and illness time(P>0.05),which they were comparable. All patients are female,so there is no need for gender comparison.2.Before treatment, the two group in comparing the TCM signs scale single items,TCM signs scale total scores,VAS scores and CMSS total scores were no significant(P>0.05),which they were comparable.3.After three courses of treatment, the single item scores and total scores of TCM signs scale in both groups, suggesting that both treatments could improve the TCM signs of primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),the difference was significant(P<0.05).The single item scores and total scores of patients in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.After three courses of treatment, both VAS score and total CMSS score decreased, but the observation group improved obviously than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).5.After three courses of treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group.Among the observation group,3 cases were invalid,4 cases were effective,20 cases of significant effect, and 3 cases were recovered, with an overall efficiency of 90.00%.On the contrary, there were 5 invalid cases,17 effective cases,7 significant cases and 1 recovered cases in the control group, with an overall efficiency of 83.33%.Conclusion(s): "Heshu Massage" therapy is superior to conventional massage therapy in correcting the clinical symptoms and complication of patients with primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
