Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Constipation-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Liver And Qi) By Heshu Massage

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Heshu massage on patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome(Syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation).Methods:A total of 60 patients with constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome(syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation)who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Heshu massage and the control group was treated with abdominal massage.Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The TCM syndrome score and IBS-SSS score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),which showed comparability.2.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores and IBS-SSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which showed comparability.3.Scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of TCM in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Syndrome curative effect: After treatment,in the treatment group,4 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,12 cases were effective and4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.67%.In the control group,1 case was cured,6 cases showed obvious effect,15 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 73.33%.The syndrome curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.IBS-SSS score: After treatment,IBS-SSS score in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences;After treatment,the improvement of IBS-SSS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Heshu massage treatment of IBS-C(syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation),in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,improving the efficacy,reducing the severity of the disease has significant advantages,worthy of promotion.
