Objective:To study the expression of different subsets of CD4+T cells CD25 and CD127 in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)and their correlation with inflammatory factors such as interleukin-10(IL-10)and immunoglobulin E(IgE),so as to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis of AR.Method:From September 2021 to October 2022,30 patients with AR were selected as the experimental group and 30 patients without AR as the control group.The proportion of different subsets of CD4+T cells CD25 and CD127 in peripheral blood was measured by flow cytometry,and the expression level of IL-10 and IgE was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The correlation between the expression levels of different subsets of CD4+T cells CD25 and CD127 and IL-10 and IgE was analyzed.Results:1.The expression of IgE in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(z=-6.66,P<0.001);Compared with the control group,the level of IL-10 in the experimental group was significantly lower(z=6.18,P<0.001);2.The content of CD25hiCD127low/-was significantly decreased in the experimental group(z=6.65,P<0.001);The expression level of CD25+/-CD127+ in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group(z=6.61,P<0.001);The expression of CD25-CD127-in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(z=-6.65,P<0.001);3.There was a negative correlation between CD25 hi CD127low/-and IL-10 expression in peripheral blood(r=-0.70,P<0.001);There is a positive correlation between CD25hiCD127low/-and the expression level of IgE in peripheral blood(r=0.75,P<0.001);4.There is a negative correlation between the concentration of IL-10 and IgE in peripheral blood(r=-0.72,P<0.001).Conclusion:The low level expression of CD25hiCD127low/-is related to the occurrence of the disease.CD25hiCD127low/-may induce the occurrence of AR by regulating the level of IL-10.Therefore,the analysis of the expression level of IgE and IL-10 and the proportion of different subsets of CD25 and CD127 is expected to provide new ideas for the pathogenesis of AR.
