Determination And Clinical Significance Of CD4~+ CD25~+ Regulatory Tcell Function In Allergic Rhinitis Patients

Objective:To study the expression of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell and the related immunology cytokines in allergic rhinitis patients,and explore the function of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell in the allergy rhinitis pathogenesis,to provide a foundation for further studying on CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell function regulation mechanismMethod:30 allergic rhinitis patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy or nasal polyps as a case group,25 deviation of nasal septum patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy as normal control group.During the endoscopic nasal,nasal mucosa were obtained,in which the expression level of Foxp3 were detected by the immunohistochemistry SP and the expression level of IL-10 and TGF-βwere detected by ELISA.In the end,we drew a conclution through statistical analysis.Result:1.the average level of Foxp3 positive cells in the allergic rhinitis patients and control group has significant differences(P＜0.001);the expression of Foxp3 is low in allergy rhinitis patient nose mucous and is high in the control group nose mucous.2.the expression level of IL-10 and TGF-βin the allergic rhinitis patients and control group has significant differences(P＜0.001);allergic rhinitis patients express low compared with the control group.3.there is a positive correlation between Foxp3 and TGF-β,IL-10 in the Allergic rhinitis patients(P＜0.001).Conclusions:1.The allergy rhinitis patient has the insufficiency quantity and(or)the low function reduces of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell,CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells low function may be a reason which occurs the allergy rhinitis.2.IL-10,TGF-β1 may synergistic CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells to involve in the occurrence and development of the allergic rhinitis.3.In allergy rhinitis,there have close correlations between the levels of CD4+CD25+ Treg cell and IL-10,TGF-β1,which perhaps may provide a new mentality for the allergy rhinitis's treatment.
