Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction In Treating Periincisional Swelling And Pain After High Tibial Osteotomy

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of blood activation and decongestion formula in the treatment of peri-incisional swelling and pain after high tibial osteotomy,we evaluated the effectiveness of blood activation and decongestion formula on peri-incisional swelling and pain after HTO,and provided ideas and methodological reference for clinical improvement of peri-incisional swelling and pain after HTO and promotion of early recovery of patients.Methods: In this research,the design method of random,self and parallel control experiment is adopted.Selected from January 2021 to November 2022,a total of 60 cases of patients with high tibia osteotomy followed,using random method of randomization,the control group HTO postoperative routine treatment,including: from 1 day to 2 weeks,oral celecoxib to reduce inflammation and analgesia,spirit to improve tissue blood circulation.Ankle pump exercises were started on the first postoperative day,no less than 200 times per day.On the second postoperative day,the drain was removed and flexion and knee exercises and quadriceps contraction exercises were started once in the morning and afternoon.After practice,ice was applied to the affected area.After the third day,you can try to practice on crutches with less weight bearing,and raise the affected limb while in bed,in order to gradually restore and improve the flexion and extension function of the movement and weight bearing ability of the lower limb joints.On the basis of the control group,the test group will take "blood circulation and swelling prescription" for 2 weeks.The resting pain level(VAS),swelling degree(the circumference diameter of the most swelling of the knife edge),the swelling degree score,and Lysholm score.Before the study,the gender,age,BMI index,X-ray grade and lesion site of the two groups were statistically analyzed to exclude differences,and observed and analyze the clinical efficacy.Results: All the control and test groups completed the final follow-up.The general data(gender,age,affected side,KL grade,BMI index)were not statistically significant(P> 0.05)and were comparable.The VAS score,incision diameter,and pre-treatment swelling score of the two groups were found to be reduced after treatment,but the between-group comparison found that the effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.Safety observation: None of the patients had serious complications such as vascular nerve injury,lower limb deep vein thrombosis,and internal fixation failure.There were no obvious abnormalities in liver and kidney function and biochemical indicators of the two groups,and one superficial infection occurred in the control group,which recovered after dressing change.Conclusion: The combined use of Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction after HTO can improve the speed of incision recovery,which is conducive to rapid pain relief,elimination of swelling,and early rehabilitation training,and is worth promoting the application.
