Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction On Tibial Plateau Fracture After Operation

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction on postoperative swelling degree,knee joint pain,range of motion,fracture healing time and other symptoms of tibial plateau fracture,and to provide data support for analyzing its possible mechanism of action.Methods:A total of 60 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2020 to October 2021 who were treated with open reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and received conventional treatment(open reduction and internal fixation and conventional drug therapy).In the treatment group,30 patients were treated by Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction.The postoperative pain visual analog scale(VAS),knee efficacy score(HSS),fracture healing time and other indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups,and the data were analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results: There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was statistically significant.1.Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxu Decoction can relieve the early postoperative pain and swelling of patients with tibial plateau fracture.VAS score and limb circumference difference: there were no significant differences between the two groups on the 1st postoperative day(P > 0.05),but significant differences on the 3rd,5th and 7th postoperative days(P < 0.05).2.Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction can promote postoperative fracture healing of tibial plateau fracture.The average healing time of treatment group was 12.59±1.15 weeks,and that of control group was 14.36±0.95 weeks,with significant difference(P < 0.05).3.Jianjian Xiaozhong Huoxu Decoction can improve the early postoperative knee function of tibial plateau fracture(half a year),and the knee efficacy score of half a year after surgery was 85.59±6.00 points in the treatment group and 80.04±6.48 points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Jiajian Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture after operation,and there is no adverse reaction in clinical study.It is superior to conventional treatment in relieving postoperative pain,promoting fracture healing and improving short-term(half a year)knee efficacy.Routine use of this prescription after surgery can be used as a routine auxiliary treatment for tibial plateau fracture,and the application of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine in fracture treatment has a broad prospect.
