Observation On The Curative Effect Of Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Swelling And Pain Of Straight Distal Radius Fractures

Objective: Through the statistics and analysis of swelling,pain,ecchymosis,inflammatory factors,syndrome scores,and clinical efficacy of Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction in the early treatment of straight distal radius fractures,Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction is in the straight type To provide a basis for the clinical application and promotion of the clinical application and promotion of early treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods: In this project,70 patients with straight distal radius fractures that met the inclusion criteria from May 2019 to October 2019 were selected from the First Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changde City,Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into treatments Group and control group,35 patients in each group.Both groups of patients underwent manual reduction splint external fixation,and were given routine functional exercise under the guidance of physicians after surgery.On this basis,the treatment group was orally administered with Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction,and the control group was orally administered with sodium aescinate tablets,and the patients in the two groups were continuously treated for 2 weeks.Observe and record the pain scores,swelling values,ecchymosis scores,TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before and on days 1,4,7,and 14 after treatment.Statistics was analyzed using spss22.0 statistical software,and the efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated based on statistical data.Results: 1.In this study,there was no statistical difference between the general data of the two groups of patients before treatment,such as gender,left and right injured parts,length of injury,injury mechanism,etc.(p>0.05).1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment on the first day of pain score,swelling value,ecchymosis score,TCM syndrome score,and inflammatory factor level(p>0.05).2.There was a statistically significant difference in the data of pain score,swelling value,ecchymosis score,TCM syndrome score,and inflammatory factor level on days4,7,and 14 after treatment between the two groups of patients(p<0.05).4.Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment.The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.0% higher than that of the control group of 88.2%.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients was statistically different(p<0.05).Conclusion: In the treatment of early swelling and pain in the distal radius fractures,Huayu Xiaozhong Decoction has a significant effect on the improvement and relief of patients’ pain,swelling,ecchymosis,and inflammatory factors,and can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and treatment process.There are no obvious adverse reactions in safety,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
