Clinical Study Of Reed Tube Moxibustion Combined With Bushen Tongqiao Decoction On Sensorineural Deafness Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: In this experiment,patients with sensorineural hearing loss of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected,and the clinical effect of reed moxibustion combined with Bushen Tongqiao decoction on sensorineural hearing loss of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was observed by comparing the therapeutic difference between reed moxibustion combined with Bushen Tongqiao Decoction and acupuncture combined with bushen Tongqiao decoction on sensorineural hearing loss of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.To provide evidence-based medical basis for treating this disease with reed moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore new ideas of treating this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty patients with sensorineural hearing loss who met the inclusion criteria were selected for clinical study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with reed tube moxibustion combined with Bushen Tongqiao decoction,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture combined with bushen Tongqiao decoction.The treatment duration was 2 courses,a total of 4 weeks.The relevant data of pure tone hearing threshold measurement,speech recognition rate test(WRS),tinnitus Rating Scale(TEQ),ear tightness VAS rating scale,and TCM syndrome rating scale before and after treatment of the two groups of patients were collected for efficacy evaluation.Statistical analysis software SPSS26.0 was used for data statistical analysis.The effect of reed tube moxibustion combined with Bushen Tongqiao decoction on sensorineural deafness of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type was analyzed and the relevant conclusions were drawn.result:1.The mean threshold of listening in both groups was decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).In terms of hearing clinical efficacy,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in hearing effective rate(P>0.05),with no statistical significance.2.The speech recognition rate of both groups was significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01);In terms of the effect of speech recognition rate,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Tinnitus scores in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);In terms of the clinical effect of tinnitus,the effective rate of tinnitus was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.4.In terms of the clinical effect of ear tightness,the effective rate of ear tightness between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and the curative effect of ear tightness in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.TCM symptom score: Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the curative effect of dizziness in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the aspects of waist and knee weakness,tongue image and pulse image(P>0.05).6.Age,course of disease and degree of hearing loss were significantly correlated with the efficacy of speech recognition rate in the two groups.Conclusion: The overall clinical effect of reed tube moxibustion combined with Bushen Tongqiao decoction in the treatment of sensorineural deafness with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type is better than that of acupuncture combined with Bushen Tongqiao decoction.In terms of clinical efficacy,there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of deafness.Reed moxibustion combined with Bushentongqiao Decoction can effectively improve the speech recognition rate of patients with sensorineural deafness of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.In addition,reed moxibustion combined with Bushentongqiao decoction can significantly improve the accompanying symptoms such as tinnitus and ear tightness,and has a good effect on traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as dizziness,waist and knee pain and weakness.Age,course of disease and degree of hearing loss had significant relationship with the rate of speech recognition.In both groups,the younger the age,the shorter the course of disease,the less severe the degree of hearing loss,the better the curative effect.
