Clinical Observation Of Jieyu Zhuyu Anshen Decoction On Anxiety State(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)after PCI For Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: By observing the effect of Jieyu Zhuyu Anshen Decoction on TCM four diagnostic scores,chest(stuffy)pain symptom scores,6-minute walking test distance(6MWD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores in patients with anxiety state qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after PCI of coronary heart disease,the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Zhuyu Anshen Decoction on TCM syndromes,chest pain symptoms,cardiac function,anxiety state and sleep quality was analyzed and evaluated.Methods: A total of 70 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after PCI complicated with anxiety and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were selected from the outpatient and ward of the First Department of Cardiovascular Disease of Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and intervention group(35 cases).The control group was given standard western medicine treatment and Deanxit after PCI for coronary heart disease.The intervention group was treated with Jieyu Zhuyu Anshen Decoction on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of TCM four diagnostic information,chest pain symptom score,6MWD,HAMA scale score and PSQI scale score were observed and recorded before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM four diagnostic information,chest(stuffy)pain symptoms,6MWD,HAMA scale and PSQI scale in the intervention group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of TCM four diagnostic information score,chest(stuffy)pain symptom score,6MWD,HAMA scale score and PSQI scale score in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the patients in the intervention group were superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM syndromes,chest(stuffy)pain symptoms,anxiety state and sleep quality,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Jieyu Zhuyu Anshen Decoction has a good effect on improving TCM syndromes,chest pain symptoms,cardiac function,anxiety status and sleep quality,and can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve exercise endurance,relieve anxiety status,improve sleep quality,help to improve the emotional state and quality of life of patients.No serious adverse events occurred during the test,indicating that the drug is safe and worthy of clinical application and promotion.
