Based On The "Twin Hearts" Medical Model,the Efficacy Of Danyu Zhuyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Patients With Anxiety After PCI With Qi Stasis And Blood Stasis Coronary Heart Disease Was Discussed

Objective:To observe the effects of Danyu Zhuyu Decoction on percutaneous coronary intervention(percutaneous coronary intervention,The clinical efficacy and safety of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome associated with anxiety state patients after PCI),so as to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.Method:A total of 70 cases of patients with anxiety state after PCI of chest paralysis caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into test group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases)by randomization.The control group was given the oral treatment of droppethiaton melitraxin tablets,and the test group was given the oral treatment of Danyu Zhuyu Decoction and droppethiaton melitraxin tablets,with an observation period of 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,angina symptom score,ECG changes before and after treatment were observed,and the SAS(self rating Anxiety Scale)scale score and safety index were used to determine the clinical efficacy and safety.Result:1.Basic data: the basic data,including gender,age,BMI,the number of implanted stents,the score of TCM syndrome,the score of angina symptoms,and the score of SAS scale,were compared between the two groups before treatment,and were comparable after statistical analysis.2.TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome score of qi stagnation and blood stasis decreased after treatment in both patients(P < 0.05),and the difference between the test group and the control group was statistically significant after treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the two main groups,the test group was superior(P < 0.05)in improving irritated speech and chest flank distension.The effective rates of the two groups were compared,with an effective rate of 90.3% in the test group and 76.5% in the control group,respectively(P < 0.05).3.Angina symptom score: the angina symptom score decreased after treatment in both groups(P < 0.05),and the difference between the test group and the control group was statistically significant after treatment(P < 0.05).The effective rate was 90.4% in the test group and 79.4% in the control group,which was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Rate of withdrawal and reduction of nitroglycerin: the rate of withdrawal and reduction of nitroglycerin after treatment was higher in both groups,69.2% in the test group and 46.4% in the control group,respectively(P < 0.05).5.ECG changes: the efficacy of post-treatment ECG was improved in both groups,87.1% in the test group and 70.6% in the control group,and the post-treatment differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.SAS scale score: the SAS scale score was reduced after treatment in both patients(P <0.05),and the test group was significantly different from the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).7.No adverse reactions occurred in the test and control groups during treatment.Conclusions:1.Danyu Zhuyu Decoction can improve the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with anxiety state after PCI,reduce the angina symptom score of patients,increase the discontinuation rate of nitroglycerin,improve the efficacy of electrocardiogram,reduce the SAS scale score,and have a certain effect of improving angina efficacy and anxiolysis.2.During the course of this subject study,no adverse reactions were observed.
