Clinical Observation Of Danqi Anshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) With Anxiety Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Danqi Anshen Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety state of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety state of clinical TCM.Methods: 60 patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and anxiety state were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment of Western medicine,while the treatment group was given Danqi Anshen Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptoms,Seattle Angina Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale and electrocardiogram were observed before and after treatment.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.01);the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).2.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 90% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.There Seattle Angina Scale,the treatment group in the treatment of SAQ five points were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01);after treatment,the treatment group were compared with the pre-treatment level,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).4.Hamilton Anxiety Scale,after treatment,the HAMA score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01);after treatment,the HAMA score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 40% in the treatment group and 36.67% in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Danqi Anshen Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes and sympt oms of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease..2.Danqi Anshen Decoction can alleviate anxiety symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Danqi Anshen Decoction has no adverse reactions in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with anxiety,suggesting that clinical application is relatively safe.
