The Study Of The Quality Of Intervention In The Quality Of Life Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients In Late Elderly Phlegm Dispersion

Objective:This clinical aims to observe the clinical efficacy of the quality of life of Wenyang’s phlegm dispersion against the quality of life of non-small cell lung cancer patients in the late elderly(yang deficiency phlegm condensate type).The diagnosis and treatment provides new ideas to explore the value of Wenyang’s phlegm dispersion prescriptions for improving the overall quality of life of patients.Methods:(1)All patient information comes from the Department of Cancer Department and Inpatient Department of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Jinan City.It collects 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in the IIIB-IV period from December 2020 to December 2021.The random digital table is divided into the control group and the test group,each in 30 cases.The control group was treated with the paclitaxel+card platinum(TP)scheme,and the test group was treated with Wenyang Chemical Sanda Formula on the basis of the TP solution.It was 1 cycle within 21 days and a total of 4 cycles for treatment.(2)Under the premise of comparability of the general data,pathological types,and TNM staging of two groups of patients(P> 0.05),observe the two groups of patients in the Kales score(KPS),the waiting points of the Chinese medicine certificate,and the quality of life(FACT-L)Improvement of the aspect,judge the improvement of the quality of life of Wenyang’s phlegm dispersion to the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer in advanced old age.(3)Use SPSS 27.0 statistical software to process data and analyze the results.Results:(1)A total of 60 patients in the two groups completed the test according to the plan without adverse reactions.(2)After treatment,○1Carrae score: After the treatment,the two sets of scores increased from before treatment,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.3.33%;the test group’s KPS score increase rate was 53.33%,the stability rate was 43.33%,and the decrease rate was 3.33%.Scholarship.○2 The score of the Chinese Medicine Certificate Certificate: The scores of the control group and the test group after treatment are reduced,and compared with the control group,the test group score has decreased significantly,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant;Group(86.67% vs 66.67%),P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.○3 Life Quality Table(FACT-L)score: There is no significant change in the field of society/family conditions(SWB)after treatment.After treatment,the five major areas and total points and total score Group,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Wenyang Chemical Sanda Fang can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer in advanced old age.2.Wenyang Chemical Sanda Number can improve the physical condition of patients with patients with non-small cell lung cancer in advanced age and improve the KPS score.3.Wenyang Chemical Sanda Formula can effectively improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine for patients with non-small cell lung cancer in advanced old age.4.Wenyang Chemical Sanda Fang can effectively improve the physiological conditions,society/family conditions,emotional conditions,functional conditions,and overall health status of patients with non-small cell lung cancer patients in advanced elderly.5.Wenyang’s phlegm dispersion has no serious adverse reactions and good safety.
