Objective:Through small-cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy continuity of nursing intervention, explore the continuity of care intervention on small cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy side effects and quality of life, provide effective nursing intervention science small cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy, reduce the adverse effects caused by chemotherapy, improving the quality of life after chemotherapy. Methods:This study belongs randomized control study from January 2014 to December 2014 at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Department of Respiratory Medicine diagnosed by clinical diagnosis of small cell lung cancer without surgery and chemotherapy and clinical data row for the first time details of 120 patients They were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Test continuity of care patients received chemotherapy, intervention and control group did not accept the continuity of nursing intervention. Using QLQ-C30 quality of life rating scale and antineoplastic acute and subacute toxicity indexing standard, respectively, before and after the first course of chemotherapy and a second course of treatment before, for all patients with data acquisition, and the resulting data using SPSS 17.0 statistics Learning software for data analysis, adverse reactions and quality of life was evaluated two groups of patients after chemotherapy. The results:1. before the first course of chemotherapy, two groups of patients with general information, KPS score and quality of life rating scale for each entry and each dimension difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05);2. After the first course of chemotherapy, anticancer drugs in patients with acute and subacute groups toxicity indexing each entry-level standards, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Quality of Life Assessment Scale for two groups of patients each item and each dimension of the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05);3. The second course of chemotherapy before, antineoplastic two groups of patients with acute and subacute toxicity indexing each entry-level standards, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Quality of Life Assessment Scale for two groups of patients each item and each dimension difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Continuity of care interventions to a certain extent, reduce small-cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy intermittent chemotherapy adverse reactions and side effects;2. the continuity of nursing interventions to improve the small-cell lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy intermittent chemotherapy quality of life;3. the continuity of nursing intervention with chemotherapy for small cell lung cancer patients have a certain effect, promoting effective communication between nurses and patients, chemotherapy can solve problems to be solved for the first time, to promote the rehabilitation of patients, is appropriate Cancer patient care interventions new model.
