Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiangya Qushi Decoction On Hypertension Complicated With Hypercholesterolemia

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of "Jiangya Qushi Decoction" combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertension combined with hypercholesterolemia(wind-phlegm disturbance syndrome)and the possible mechanism of this program in the treatment of hypertension combined with hypercholesterolemia,and to summarize and analyze it,so as to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypertension combined with hypercholesterolemia.Methods:This study collected patients with hypertension and hypercholesterolemia who were treated in the outpatient department of Hypertension Department of Jinan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,80 patients diagnosed as wind-phlegm syndrome were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group.Among them,4 cases were removed and shed(2 cases in the control group and 2 cases in the test group),and 38 cases in the final control group and 38 cases in the test group.The control group took amlodipine besylate tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the test group took antihypertensive and damp-removing decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 4weeks.After 4 weeks,observe the blood pressure,blood pressure load,smoothness index,dynamic arteriosclerosis index,blood lipid and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment to determine the clinical treatment effect.Results:1.Blood pressure: After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased to different degrees compared with those before treatment,and both schemes had antihypertensive effect.The overall hypotensive effect of the test group was better than that of the control group.2.Blood pressure load: After treatment,the blood pressure load of the two groups decreased to different degrees.The blood pressure load at night and 24 hours in the test group were significantly lower than that in the control group.Smoothness index: After treatment,the smoothness index of both groups increased,and the test group increased more than the control group.Dynamic arteriosclerosis index: after drug intervention,the data of both groups decreased,but there was no significant difference between the control group and the test group.3.Blood lipids: After drug control,the levels of total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the two groups decreased,and the decline in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.4.Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score: After treatment,the total score and individual score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in both groups decreased.After treatment,the experimental group showed significant advantages in improving symptoms such as dizziness,dizziness,chest tightness,vomiting,phlegm,and salivation compared to the control group.However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups for symptoms such as headache,obesity,and heavy limb numbness.After treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: The improvement effect of Jiangya Qushi Decoction combined with western medicine on blood pressure,nighttime and 24-hour blood pressure load,smoothness index and blood lipids of patients with hypertension and hypercholesterolemia(wind-phlegm disturbance syndrome)is better than that of the western medicine group alone.It can obviously relieve the symptoms of dizziness,dizziness,chest tightness,vomiting,phlegm and saliva.
