Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vertigo Syndrome(Wind Sputum Disturbance Type)with The Method Of Removing Wind And Phlegm

Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect of the experimental group(Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Chuanxiong Chatiaosan)and the control group(Bethastatin Mesylate Tablet)on the treatment of dizziness(Wind sputum disturbance type),Analysising the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Chuanxiong Chatiaosan to provide a more effective treatment for the treatment of vertigo by clinical medical workers,in order to reduce the long-term recurrence rate of vertigo patients and improve their quality of life.Methods: A randomized grouping method was used to randomly divide 96 patients with sputum-distracted vertigo who were clinically observed.The patients were randomly divided into Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang and Chuanxiong Chatiaosan Group and Betahistine mesylate tablets control group。The changes of vertigo symptom scores,vertigo improvement time,nausea and vomiting/vomiting,palpitations,headache and tinnitus and the improvement of vertigo function were observed before and after treatment.Result:(1)After 1 week of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group and the control group was compared.The results showed that the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 93.8%;the effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.There was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,In the improvement time of vertigo,long-term efficacy,nausea and vomiting,and vomiting phlegm of the two groups,the test group were better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After 1 week of treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of vertigo function(DHI).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,during the follow-up half-month and one-month,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The functional improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The results of clinical observations show that Banxia Baizhu Tianma tang and Chanxiong Chatiaosan have certain advantages in improving the symptoms,function,disappearance time and long-term efficacy of patients with Wind sputum disturbance type.This also shows that the dialectical classification of TCM and the idea of treatment have played a significant role in guiding the treatment of vertigo.
