Objective:Through a retrospective study, the patients with femoral shaft fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected to explore and analyze the related factors affecting the postoperative healing of femoral shaft fracture,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. The clinical effect of Jiegu tablet in promoting femoral shaft fracture was studied, and the clinical significance of its postoperative application was analyzed and evaluated,so as to provide basis and reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Method:1.Through the big data search engine system of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,286 patients with femoral shaft fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 1,2018 to April 30,2022 were collected as the research objects of this study. The imaging data of the patients at 6months and 9 months after surgery were scored according to the m RUST scale, and the patients were divided into the healing group and the non-healing group according to the clinical review results. The general information, fracture type, history of diabetes, surgical method, postoperative laboratory examination and imaging data of the patients were collected, and the postoperative rehabilitation exercise was obtained by telephone follow-up.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis to obtain the relevant factors that may affect the postoperative healing of femoral shaft fractures.2.A total of 62 patients with femoral shaft fracture who underwent surgical treatment and met the inclusion criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment group)and observation group(Jiegu tablet combined with conventional treatment group),with 31 cases in each group. The data of patients were collected, and the differences in m RUST scores between the two groups after 2,4,and 6 months of treatment were compared.Results:1.A total of 286 patients were included in the retrospective study in Chapter 1,including 252 patients in the union group and 34 patients in the non-union group. After comparison of general baseline data,13 factors were obtained to affect the healing of femoral shaft fracture,of which 7 variables had statistically significant differences, and were screened by univariate regression analysis.Seven factors, including age, gender, history of diabetes, duration of operation, infection, early exercise, and traditional Chinese medicine, are important factors affecting the postoperative healing of femoral shaft fracture.2.In the second chapter of clinical trial, the comparison of general baseline data between the two groups showed that P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and the data of the two groups were comparable. There were significant differences in m RUST scores between the two groups at 2,4,and 6 months after the end of surgical treatment, and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion:The occurrence of postoperative nonunion of femoral shaft fracture is related to age, gender, history of diabetes, duration of operation, infection, early exercise, and whether to take traditional Chinese medicine to promote fracture healing. It is necessary to control blood glucose, prevent infection and cooperate with functional rehabilitation training to prevent the occurrence of nonunion after operation.Jiegu tablet has a significant effect on promoting the healing of femoral shaft fracture, which can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative nonunion of femoral shaft fracture, and is worthy of clinical application...
