The Analysis And Treatment Of The Nonunion Of The Fracture Of The Femoral Shaft

Objective：To evaluate the factors and the treatment of the postoperative nonunion ofthe fracture of femoral shaft.Method: In the clinical study, the20patients with postoperative nonunion of thefracture of femoral shaft receive the same treatment principles:In these cases,the internalfixation is replaced and autogenous bone graft is adopted.Results：18cases of20got osteal healing.The healing time lasts5~8months,average6.5months.Conclusion：Iatrogenic factors and patients’ own factors are the main factors of thenonunion of postoperative femoral shaft fracture.The replacement of internal fixation withthe combination of the adoption of autogenous bone graft is effective in the treatmentsignificantly.
