| Objective: Through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in 24 traditional Chinese medicine colleges,6 western medicine colleges and 1 scientific research institution,a total of 31 units with master’s degree in basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine education,a comprehensive analysis of the problems in the construction and development of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of personnel training,teachers,scientific research and other aspects.This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for improving the level of TCM basic theoretical discipline construction.Methods:(1)Literature was collected and sorted out by literature research method,and relevant theories of discipline construction were fully understood,so as to understand the current research status of basic theoretical discipline construction of TCM,so as to provide a solid theoretical basis and research direction for this study.(2)Data collection method:Enter the official websites of 31 institutions,China Graduate Enrollment Information Network and "Universal Research network",collect and sort out the data of the basic theory of TCM subject construction,teaching and research section setting,personnel training,teaching staff,scientific research and other aspects of each institution,and summarize the current situation of the basic theory of TCM subject construction.(3)Questionnaires were distributed to undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,so as to obtain the teaching contents and teaching effects of basic theory courses of traditional Chinese medicine and the existing problems,and further reflect the problems existing in the curriculum construction of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.(4)Use statistical analysis to screen and sort out the collected data,and use charts to present the characteristics of the data,so as to clarify the status quo and changing trend of the discipline.Results: Through the data collection and investigation of five aspects of the problem,the construction of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed.In terms of personnel training,the master’s degree and master’s degree training scale of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine are generally balanced,while the development of the doctoral degree and doctoral talent training scale is insufficient.Subject curriculum construction mode is rich,teaching level is improved.In the faculty,the discipline teachers gradually improved,the comprehensive strength of teachers increased;In the field of scientific research,the total number of scientific research projects fluctuated,and the subject results covered a wide range of fields.At the same time,it is found that there are some problems,such as a small number of key disciplines,differences in the setting of teaching and research departments,unbalanced training scale of master and doctoral talents,insufficient construction of high-quality courses,unreasonable structure of teaching staff and unbalanced development of scientific research.Conclusion: According to the problems existing in the discipline construction of basic theories of TCM,the government,colleges and discipline teams should form a joint force,the government should improve the policies and give active guidance,the colleges should respond positively and make reasonable planning,and the regions should develop in a coordinated way,so as to improve the level of the discipline construction of basic theories of TCM,consolidate the foundation of talent training,improve the structure of teachers and enhance the level of scientific research.All elements should promote each other.Form sound development,and jointly help the construction of basic theoretical disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine. |
