Discipline Construction Of The General Hospital Study

With continuing research in depth during the construction and development of academic schools, there is growing trend nowadays towards the permeation across different disciplines, enriching the academia in format of hybrid or convergence ones. The orientation of the disciplines and the model of its evolution path are imperative to be justified for the comprehensive hospital in large scale as a place to conduct remedy assistance, education and research. In order to fetch the latest evidence and material, the author paid visits to various frontier and administrative sectors in the hospital and took the advice from related professionals when taking the disciplines in Shanghai 5th hospital as a case study.In this paper, the author illustrates the contemporary state of the art in disciplines and find out the problems encountered recently. A constructive analysis and summary is proposed with the solution of these problems and a novel concept and approaches are established to identify the key points in the evolution.
