Purpose:By testing the total efficacy, symptom score,13 C breath test, blood routine, liver function, renal function and other safety indexes in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection-related chronic gastritis,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Mongolian medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated chronic gastritis,so as to provide a safe and reliable objective basis and screen a more effective Mongolian medicine treatment for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods:A total of 60 patients with Hp infectious chronic gastritis(cold Sheila gastropathy)were collected from January 2021 to January 2022,all from the outpatient department of spleen and stomach Department of Xilingol Mongolian Medical Hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups with 30 subjects in each group. The observation group was treated with Mongolian medicine: after breakfast: A mu ri Liu wei 3G,Ha ri ga bu Shi wei 3G;after lunch: Yuri thirteen 3G;after supper: Ba te er Qi wei 3G,Zhuang xi er shi yi Wei wei 3G;control group: tinidazole tablet0.5g,morning and evening 1 tablet after meal;omeprazole enteric-coated capsule 20 mg,1 tablet before and after meal;amoxicillin capsule 250 mg,4 tablets in the morning and evening after meal;14 days as a course of treatment. The numerical changes of 13 C breath test, the symptom score of Mongolian medicine and the safety indexes of blood routine, liver function and renal function were observed, and the results of 13 C breath test, symptom score and safety index of Mongolian medicine were recorded. The data of the observation indexes were statistically analyzed by SPSS27.0 statistical software, and the clinical efficacy and safety were compared. Results:Comparison of clinical symptoms between the two groups: the treatment group was clinically cured in 3 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 5 cases and ineffective in 7 cases, with a total effective rate of 76.67%;in the control group,1 case was clinically cured,15 markedly effective,5 effective and 9 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 70.00%.The comparison between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,P & gt;0.05(P = 0.694).Comparison of symptoms: the symptom scores of the two groups were compared after treatment, and compared with those before treatment, all symptoms decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.001).After treatment, the scores of belching and stomachache in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.030).The score of anorexia in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P = 0.047).Comparison of 13 C urea breath test after treatment: after treatment, the eradication rate of Hp in the treatment group was positive in 9 cases and negative in 21 cases, with a total effective rate of70%;in the control group,6 cases were positive and 24 cases were negative, with a total effective rate of 80%.The curative effect of the control group was better than that of the observation group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P & gt;0.05(P = 0.371).Comparison of safety indexes before and after treatment: blood routine, liver and kidney function indexes of the two groups were compared with those before treatment, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase decreased in the treatment group(P = 0.021),alkaline phosphatase increased in the control group(P = 0.022),serum creatinine decreased(P = 0.015).The comparison between the two groups before treatment showed that the platelet level was lower than that in the control group(P = 0.012),and after treatment, the platelet count in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P = 0.004).All the analysis indexes are within the range of clinical reference.Conclusion:1.This study shows that Mongolian medicine treatment can improve the Hp eradication rate of patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis(cold Sheila gastropathy).2.According to their own basic theories, the two groups were treated with Hp-related chronic gastritis(cold Sheila gastropathy),and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved.3.The treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis with Mongolian medicine has no adverse effect on blood routine, liver function and renal function, has no toxic and side effects,is safe and reliable, and has the value of clinical application. |
