Objective:To observe clincal efficacy of HP-associated Chronic Gastritisin the treatment of triple therapy anti-hp combined withtraditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,to explore effective treatment programs to improve HP eradicationrates and lower the HP recurrence rate.Method:216patients of HP-associated chronic gastritis were randomlydivided as follows:108patients in control group were treated withstandard stripe therapy:Omeprazole tablets,20mg p.o Bid,clarithromycin Capsules,0.5g p.o Bid, amoxicillin1.0g p.o Bid,The course was10days;108patients in treatment group were treatedwith western medicine and Chinese medicine based on based onsyndrome differentiation, patients took Chinese medicine for onedose twice a day,Western medicine was taking simultaneously for10days, while Chinese medicine decoction for4weeks.After theend of treatment patients need routine safety checks (three routineexaminations, liver and kidney function, ECG),and we shouldcarefully observe and record adverse drug reactions in detail.Tell patients fill in the PRO tables in time andperiodically review the13C breath test.Results:(1)Comparison of the HP eradication rates between the twogroups:There are76cases of HP-negative patients in the Controlgroup after treatment,32continued positive,HP eradication ratewas70.3%, and98cases of HP-negative patients in the treatmentgroup after treatment,10continued positive,HP eradication ratewas90.7%, eradication rates between the two groups was significantdifference by statistics(P <0.01).(2)Comparison of symptoms between the two groups aftertreatment: In control group,43patients were cured,19cases havesignificant effect,15cases have effect,31cases ineffective, thetotal effective rate was71.3%;In treatment group,52cases werecured,28cases have significant effect,19cases have effect,9cases ineffective, the total effective rate was91.7%. totaleffective rate in treatment group was higher than that in controlgroup.there was a significant difference by statistics (P <0.01).(3)Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatmentbetween the two groups:Total symptom score between the two groupsshows no significant difference before treatment (P>0.05),comparable The total symptom score of the two sets were bothdecreased after treatment than before, and after treatment, totalsymptom score between the two groups had significant difference bystatistics(P <0.01).(4)The gastroscopy comparison groups after treatment:Controlgroup,28cases were cured,24cases have significant effect,19cases have effect,37cases ineffective, total effective rate was 65.7%;Treatment group,36cases were cured,31cases mhavesignificant effect,26cases have effect,15cases ineffective, thetotal efficiency of86.1%,there was a significant difference bystatistics (P <0.01).(5)Comparison of HP recurrence rate:Patients were followed upsix months after the withdrawal,2cases were lost in the controlgroup,63cases continued negative,11cases from negative topositive, HP recurrence rate was14.9%;While in treatment group,1cases was lost,92cases continue negative, and5cases fromnegative to positive, the recurrence rate was5.2%.Stop westernmedicine after1year,total of5patients were lost in the controlgroup,17cases from negative to positive, HP recurrence rate was23.9%;total of4patients were lost in the Treatment group,11cases from negative to positive, HP recurrence rate was11.7%wHPrecurrence rate between two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05)(6)Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions:Twelvepatients in Control group and three in the treatment group havereactions such as bloating, dizziness and so on. They need notspecial treatment, those symptoms went away after or during thetreatment and did not affect the treatment.Incidence of adversereactions in the the control group was11.1%and2.8%in thetreatment group, incidence of adverse reactions between the twogroups was significant difference by statistics(P <0.05).(7)Securities checks:Securities checks such as threeconventional, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram etc.had no obvious changes before and after treatment between the twogroups. Consult:In this study, the treatment of triple therapy anti-HP combinedwith traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome has reliableefficacy、higher HP eradication rate、lower HP recurrence rate、fewer adverse reactions and the advantages of higher securities, this treatment was worthy of clinical application.
