| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney tuina method combined with acupuncture in treating migraine with liver and kidney yin deficiency,and to explore its clinical therapeutic advantages and mechanism,so as to provide more optimal therapeutic ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of migraine.Methods:A total of 72 patients with migraine who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with nourishing liver and kidney massage combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture therapy only,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Both groups were treated with 1 course of treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,visual analog score(VAS),migraine-specificquality-of-life questionnaire(MSQ),migraine score scale and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:1.In this study,there were 1 cases of shedding in the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in the final treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.57%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.VAS and MSQ scores:compared with before treatment,VAS and MSQ scores of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS and MSQ scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.In terms of migraine score scale:compared with before treatment,the total score and scores of each sub-item of migraine score scale in both groups decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05);In addition to the scores of accompanying symptoms between the two groups,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the total scores and sub-scores between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.5.TCM syndrome scores:compared with before treatment,total TCM syndrome scores,total scores of main symptoms and total scores of secondary symptoms of both groups decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,primary and secondary scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The occurrence of adverse events:in the overall course of treatment,no adverse events occurred in the two groups,and the safety assessment was level 1.Conclusion:The combination of nourishing liver and kidney tuina method and acupuncture for the treatment of liver-kidney Yin deficiency type migraine has significant clinical effect,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients and improve their quality of life.At the same time,no adverse reactions occurred in the course of clinical trials,which proves that the safety is high and can be further popularized. |
