| Objective：The article was to observe the effect of tuina on Spleen-Kidney-nourishingin curing kidney-QI Deficiency enuresis in children, furthermore to discuss themechanism.Methods： According to diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion the criteria, made by thetopic,60cases of kidney deficiency type were selected and divided randomly intotreatment group and control group, each group30cases. One treatment group using themethod of tuina on Spleen-Kidney-nourishing treatment, control group adopts the Suoquancapsule treatment. The data, related to change of the nocturnal enuresis, functional bladdercapacity and systemic syndrome integral before treatment, treatment after2weeks and3months after the end had been statisticed to evaluate theirs curative effects by contrastingthe efficiency and the recurrence rate of the two methods. And watch the correlation of thefunctional bladder capacity and enuresis.Results：the treatment group effective rate was70%, control group effective rate was66.6%, after statistics analysis, and there is no significant difference between the curativeeffects of two groups (P>0.05).3months of follow-up towards the two groups showed thetreatment group recurrence rate was9.5%while the control group was30%, after statisticsanalysis, recurrence rates between the two groups have significant difference (P <0.01).According to observation, there is an obvious correlation between the lack offunctional bladder capacity and urinary incontinence.After treatment, to compare two groups’ functional bladder capacity, the treatmentgroup had an an obvious difference, but not the control group. To compare two groups’syndromes points before and after treatment, there are obvious differences between the treatment group and control group no difference.Conclusion The efficient basic of the kidney and invigorating massage method andoral capsule treatment of infantile enuresis indentation springs are same, curative effect isexact. But the recurrence rate of the massage treatment is far lower than the drug treatment.Its mechanism is to improve the function of children with bladder, bladder capacity,increased its maturation to reduce the frequency of enuresis.. |
