Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of ’Siming ’amblyopia massage technique in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia, and to verify its effectiveness,in order to provide an effective and easy to promote optimization scheme for the clinical treatment of amblyopia in children, and to provide clinical research basis for the prevention and treatment of amblyopia by ’Siming’ amblyopia massage technique.Methods:64 children with ametropic amblyopia were selected and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with ’ Siming ’amblyopia massage technique, and the control group was treated with wearing glasses and covering.Continuous treatment for 6 times as a course of treatment. After 4 courses of treatment, the changes of uncorrected visual acuity, corrected visual acuity and eye temperature before and after intervention were recorded, statistically analyzed, and the therapeutic effects of the two methods were determined.Results:1.General data analysis:There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease and degree of amblyopia between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity, corrected visual acuity and peripheral temperature between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).2.Total effective rate:After intervention, the total effective rate of the treatment group(’Siming Point’ amblyopia massage technique group)was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of the control group(wearing glasses and covering group)was 67.74%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.Comparison of uncorrected visual acuity:There was a statistically significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity before and after intervention in the treatment group(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity between the treatment group after intervention and the follow-up period(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the uncorrected visual acuity of the control group before and after the intervention(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity between the control group after intervention and the follow-up period(P<0.01).The uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups after intervention was compared between the groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups during the follow-up period was compared between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of corrected visual acuity:The corrected visual acuity of the two groups before and after intervention was compared within the group, and the results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparison between groups, the corrected visual acuity of the two groups after intervention was compared between groups. The results showed that the ’Siming’ amblyopia massage technique group was superior to the wearing glasses and covering group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of eye temperature:Comparison of eye temperature before and after intervention in the treatment group showed that there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05).Comparison of eye temperature changes between the two groups after intervention showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The "Siming point" amblyopia massage technique and wearing glasses and covering treatment of children with ametropic amblyopia are effective. From the intervention results, the "Siming point" amblyopia massage technique group was significantly better than the wearing glasses and covering group;from the follow-up after 3 months, the stability of the curative effect of the ’Siming Point’ amblyopia massage technique group was better than that of the wearing glasses and covering group. Therefore, the ’Siming acupoint’ amblyopia massage technique is effective and stable in the treatment of children with ametropic amblyopia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
