Research On The Treatment Of External Dry Disease Based On One Qi Circulation

Objective: External dryness is a common clinical symptom,through reading the relevant literature and ancient books about dryness,it is found that there are obvious differences between the clinical prescription of modern dryness and the treatment theory of external dryness recorded in ancient books.The theoretical research on the treatment of external dry disease needs to be further explored.Therefore,this paper interprets the essence of the lifting and falling motion of the gas engine based on the operation model of the gas engine under the theory of one gas circulation,and then supplements and improves the theoretical research on the treatment of external dry disease,and further deepens the theoretical research on the treatment of external dry disease,in order to better guide the clinical treatment of external dry disease.Methods: This paper adopts the method of combining the analysis of ancient literature and theoretical discussion,and uses the "Chinese Medical Codex" software and "General Catalogue of Ancient Books of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine"to consult and study medical works such as "The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor","Four Sacred Heart Sources","Medical Law","Wen Disease Discrimination" and other medical works,and borrows academic platforms such as CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu to search with keywords such as "one qi circulation","external dryness","warm dryness","cool dryness","and "decline",and check the literature on the evidence of external dry diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in various periods from ancient times to the present.In the past 20 years,authoritative professional journals have published theoretical and clinical research literature involving the research of one qi circulation,dry qi movement characteristics,external dry disease symptoms and related treatment studies,excluding the literature published in older,reviewary,case and non-authoritative professional journals,and further sorting and systematic analysis of the included literature,and discussing the research on the treatment of external dry disease based on the theory of one qi circulation.Results: In this study,more than 20 relevant ancient medical books and modern medical works were consulted,and nearly 200 articles on the theory of one qi circulation and external dryness treatment were retrieved on CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and it was found that based on the theory of one qi circulation,the essence of dry gas and dry evil can be explored from the movement state of the lifting and sinking of the gas machine,which can reasonably explain the whole process of the occurrence,development and change of external dry disease,and can deepen the relevant research on the treatment of external dry disease.It can better guide the clinical treatment of external dry disease.Conclusion: External dryness is caused by feeling external dryness,which is the abnormal operation of dry energy in nature.Based on the theory of one gas circulation to understand dry gas,the essence of dry gas can be explained from the perspective of the lifting and sinking circulation operation of the gas engine,and it is clear that the natural dry gas operation has the characteristics of "timely","in position" and "moderate".Based on the theory of one qi circulation,the understanding of dry evil is grasped from the two aspects of dry gas operation and dry gas operation and poor reduction,and it is clear that the state of abnormal dry gas decline operation is not transferred by time.The focus of grasping the disease caused by external dryness should return to the lifting and sinking movement of the qi machine itself,and explain it with the state of movement,rather than sticking to the inherent time attributes and the cognition of the five elements of yin and yang.The research on the treatment of external dry disease based on the theory of gas circulation should not be limited to the original treatment method,and the application of moist products is not the only way to treat external dry disease,but should return to the original and give new ideas to clinical treatment from the perspective of the lifting and sinking operation of the gas engine.Clinical treatment should be aimed at the two abnormal gas machine lifting states of dry gas operation and dry gas operation falling too much,and corrected by the bias of the drug,and the regular operation of dry gas,then a qi circulation operation returns to the circle,and the external dry image is self-removed.
