The Clinical Research Of Nourish Yin And Moistening Dryness And Detoxication And Invigorating Blood Circulation For Treatment Of Yin Asthenia Collaterals Sluggish And Dryness And Toxin Of Sjogren's Syndrome

ObjectiveThis research is for the purpose of discussing the clinical effectiveness.the drug safety and adverse reactions of nourish Yin and moistening dryness and detoxication and invigorating blood circulation for treatment of Yin asthenia collaterals sluggish and dryness and toxin of Sjogren's syndrome.By setting the control group,crosswise comparing on the effectiveness by contrasting with the treatment group in order to explore the chinese medicine in treating the Sjogren's syndrome safely and effectively.MethodsThis research includes 40 patients divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases).In the basic treatment such as artificial tears,immune regulator,the treatment group is given chinese medicine decoction which is taken twice daily per decoction.The chinese herbal formula uses by the experience decoction of Professor Wang.The control group is given hydroxychloroquine 0.1g twice daily,for 12 weeks.ResultsThrough to 40 example patients of 12 week-long observations,the overall effective rate of treatment group is 80%,which is better than the rate of 63.2% of control group.with meatured dramatic difference(P＜0.01). The overall TCM symptom curative effective rate of treatment group is 85%,which is better than the rate of 52.6% of control group,with meatured dramatic difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the self-estimate and life quality of the patients with chinese medicine is better,and the result had statistical significance(P<0.05).The dacryma secretion volume and salivary secretion rate were both improved.But the treatment group is better than control group.There is dramatic difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Safey analysis showed that except one case of solf stool in both of the two groups,there were no advent events or laboratory data abnormality.ConclusionThrough nourish Yin and moistening dryness and detoxication and invigorating blood circulation for treatment of Yin asthenia collaterals sluggish and dryness and toxin of Sjogren's syndrome, it can improve symptom,control disease,enhance life quality of patients with good effect.and no toxic side effects of drugs,and it is worth further experiments to explore clinical study.
