Clinical Observation On The Accommodation Effect Of Metabolism Derangment Of Lipid By The Method Of Lifting-qing And Lowering-zhou, Resovling Phlegm And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect safety of the treatment method of Lifting-qing and Lowering-zhou,Resovling Phlegm and Promoting Blood Circulation and Xuezhian capsule on Hyperlipidemia of syndrome of combination of phlegm and blood stasis.Method:60 patients with Hyperlipidemia of syndrome of combination of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group.The 30 patients in treatment group were treated with xuezhian capsule while 30 patients in controle group were treated withzhibitou capsule.Results:The total effective rate of the syndrome of TCM of treatment group is 93.33% which is superior to this in cotrole. The total effective rate of TC、TG、HDL-C is 95.45%、86.96%、94.44%, The total effective rate of TC and HDL-C was superior to those in cotrole(P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the aspect of improvement of TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、and AI between before and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05、P<0.01). In the aspect of improvement of TC、 AI was superior to those in cotrole (P<0.05、P<0.01). There was a significant difference in the aspect of provement of HDL-C and ApoA between before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.05、P<0.01) and the provement of HDL-C and ApoA of treatment group was superior to those in cotrole (P<0.05、P<0.01).Conclusion:Xuezhian capsule has significantly therapeuticly effect on Hyperlipidemia of syndrome of combination of phlegm and blood stasis without toxic and side effects. The metabolism Derangment of Lipid can be correct by method of Lifting-qing and Lowering-zhou,Resovling Phlegm and Promoting Blood Circulation.
