| Objective:To observe the effect of nape seven needles on blood pressure,TCM symptom score,body mass index,waist circumference and blood lipid in hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of nape seven needles in the treatment of hypertension patients with metabolic syndrome in order to optimize the treatment plan.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given lifestyle interventions such as health education,diet guidance,exercise guidance and lifestyle guidance,while the control group took routine western medicine and continued to take the diagnosis and treatment plan before entering the group.On this basis,the observation group was treated with nape seven needles,including Fengfu,Tianzhu(double),Fengchi(double)and Wangu(double).During acupuncture,a small range and low frequency twirling manipulation was used to get qi,and acupuncture was used to retain the needle 20min,3 times a week.The patients in the two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of intervention.After treatment,the level of blood pressure and the score of TCM symptoms were taken as the main curative effect indexes,and the changes of body mass index,waist circumference and blood lipids were observed to evaluate the clinical effect comprehensively.Select the statistical analysis results of SPSS25.0 software.Results:4 cases fell off due to time and work problems during the study period,33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group,no serious adverse events occurred during the treatment.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,grade of hypertension,concomitant diseases and therapeutic drugs for hypertension between the two groups(P>0.05).There was comparability between the two groups.1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%,while that of the control group was 69.70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of blood pressure results:there were significant differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).There was significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups after 8 weeks and 12 weeks treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after 12 weeks treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores:there were significant differences in TCM symptom scores between the two groups at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in TCM symptom scores between the two groups after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).4.Comparison of body mass index and waist circumference:there were significant differences in body mass index and waist circumference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in body mass index and waist circumference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).5.Comparison of blood lipids:there were significant differences in total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in total cholesterol and triglyceride in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in blood lipid between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nape seven needles can effectively improve the blood pressure level and clinical symptoms of hypertensive patients with metabolic syndrome.The clinical effect is more significant than oral conventional western medicine therapy,and the effect is faster.It can also improve the body mass index,waistline and blood lipid level of patients to a certain extent.Acupuncture has high safety and is worth popularizing in clinical practice. |
