Design And Research Of Condition Notification Assistant Interactive System For Elderly Patients

In recent years,the clinical incidence of lung cancer is on the rise.Elderly patients want to know their condition content,treatment methods and prognosis nursing and other information.Most doctors hope that they can truthfully inform the patient’s condition information in the process of consultation,supplemented by explanation,or jointly discuss the treatment plan.However,most doctors in China lack notification skills,and hospitals lack a mature notification training system.The research on condition notification at home and abroad mostly focuses on the theoretical level,and few studies turn the notification strategy into design practice.Based on design thinking and design research methods,this study makes an in-depth exploration around the condition notification,puts forward solutions and carries out design practice.The main work includes.(1)Through literature research,the correlation between the degree of intervention and the effect of follow-up treatment was studied.Analyze the user needs of elderly cancer patients and consulting doctors.Through questionnaires,interviews and semi participatory observation,explore the concerns of elderly cancer patients about their own condition,and investigate the attitude and preference of doctors for condition notification.(2)Based on the interactive system theory,this paper puts forward the design principles suitable for this subject.Based on the relevant research on the mental model of elderly patients,under the guidance of aging design theory,combined with the competitive product analysis results of existing medical products,this paper summarizes the information presentation methods that match the cognitive ability and psychological acceptance of elderly patients.Semantic difference method and behavior observation method were used to clarify the information display form suitable for the psychological acceptance of elderly cancer patients.The results show that the display forms of plane and 3D holography are more recognized.(3)According to the problems existing in the process of condition notification,four schemes are put forward.Among them,a condition notification aided interactive design system for elderly cancer patients is the design focus of this study.This interactive system includes the knowledge cause app and the consulting doctor applet.After the iterative research,the feasibility of the system is proved and the usability of the system is obtained.Through the early literature research,it is found that the pain points existing in the disease notification stage,and from the design point of view,it puts forward the design strategy and carries out the design practice.The strategies of informing elderly patients of different professional titles are put forward.According to the problems existing in different stages,this paper puts forward the conceptual design scheme,and designs and implements a small program to assist doctors to inform the condition and an app product to provide health and medical information for elderly patients.However,when conducting user research and experimental measurement,most of the invited users come from first tier cities such as Beijing and Jiangsu,which is lack of representativeness,and the scope of application of the design results has certain limitations.
