Clinical studies have shown that scientific rehabilitation training after stroke surgery can restore motor control function. However, due to the lack of timely and scientific rehabilitation training, patients often result in permanent disability and become a burden to the family and society. In addition, the rehabilitation training system also has problems such as the lack of targeted rehabilitation scene design and inadequate user experience of rehabilitation equipment. Therefore, this study focuses on the rehabilitation training of patients with hemiplegia.Based on interaction design and flow theory,it explores the interaction behaviors among patients, physicians, rehabilitation equipment, and rehabilitation scenes in the rehabilitation training system,in order to construct an interactive system with a better user experience. At the same time,it explores the interaction design strategies for rehabilitation training, providing theoretical support for the future development direction and trends in the field of rehabilitation. The research first explains and analyzes the relevant professional knowledge of stroke hemiplegia in rehabilitation medicine, the problems currently faced, and future development trends.Secondly,it defines the relevant academic concepts of the study, including interaction design, user experience, and flow theory, and discusses the current situation to lay the theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Thirdly, around the factors related to hemiplegic patient rehabilitation training, the research conducted surveys, interviews, observations, and case analyses to investigate patient characteristics, rehabilitation processes, goal factors, rehabilitation equipment, and rehabilitation scenes, summarizing and extracting key factors to improve the interaction experience of patient rehabilitation training and defining and analyzing various factors. Then, the ten principles of interaction design for hemiplegic patient rehabilitation training were summarized, including comprehensive popularization of rehabilitation medicine, clear goal positioning, comfortable visual presentation, safe functional structure, progressive rehabilitation mode, natural interaction operation,multi-channel information feedback, modular remote interaction, diverse scene layout, and social value linkage. Finally, the study guided the generation of hemiplegic patient rehabilitation training interaction design strategies based on the principles of interaction design, including rehabilitation knowledge popularization strategies for patients and caregivers, rehabilitation scene design strategies, rehabilitation equipment design strategies, and interaction design strategies that generate flow experience for patients.Different from the previous functional training with little feedback, poor experience and separation of scene and equipment, the proposed strategy focuses on the interactive experience of patients’ rehabilitation training, focuses on the unity of environment, equipment and consciousness, and emphasizes recreational training with strong immersion,so as to guide and improve patients’ active training awareness and enthusiasm. The purpose of this study is to show social concern for the hemiplegic stroke patient group,to express a beautiful expectation for the future development of the rehabilitation medicine field,as well as to demonstrate the value application and innovation in the design field. This research hopes to provide a certain degree of theoretical basis, method reference, and innovative ideas for exploring and improving the enhancement of rehabilitation awareness among patients, increasing the enthusiasm for rehabilitation training, improving the user experience of rehabilitation equipment, promoting the interaction experience of rehabilitation scenes, and reducing the heavy workload of rehabilitation medical staff.
