ObjectiveUnder the guidance of the warp-tendon theory, the observation and statistical analysis of the efficacy of the treatment and control groups explored the possibility of the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke.MethodFrom May 2021 to December 2021,60 patients with upper limb spasmodic paralysis in the convalescent stage after stroke in the outpatient and ward of the Acupuncture and moxibution Department of our hospital were selected as the subjects. The random number table generated by web page was divided into two teams: cure team and matched team,30 patients in each team. The therapy group was cured with unguent and rub integrated with acupuncture, and the matched group was remedied with massage integrated with acupuncture. Two groups were treated for four weeks(two courses),and the efficacy was evaluated according to MAS rating,Brunnstrom stage(hand and upper limb),FMA-UE score,MBI score and VAS score when they don’t get cure, two and four weeks after the cure, respectively. Finally, the data were statistically analyzed and compared to obtain the therapeutic effect of this study.Result1.In this study, one case fell off and was not included in the statistical analysis, and a total of 59 patients completed the study, including 29 in the therapy group and 30 in the matched group.2.Baseline contrast: There was no statistically obvious distinctness between the two cases in ordinary message and pre-treatment dimensions appraisal data(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.3.The different groups were evaluated by common estimation evaluation to research the significant influence of teams and time nodes and contrast the interaction influence of the two teams. It was found that FMA(upper limb)and MBI score had statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in MAS,Brunnstrom(hand and upper limb)and VAS score(P > 0.05).The outcomes revealed that there were statistically important distinctness among the two groups after cure(P < 0.05),indicating that both teams had important therapeutic influence. There were statistically significant differences in FMA(upper limb)and MBI scores between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the influence of the cure team was better than that of the matched team. There was no statistical significance in MAS,Brunnstrom(hand and upper limb)and VAS score(P > 0.05).There was no statistical implication in the distinctness among the two teams(THE effectual rate of the cure team was 96.55%,and that of the matched team was 86.67%)when the MAS grading was improved. The efficiency of the two groups is similar.Conclusion1.The mixture of acupuncture and massage integrated with the mixture of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medical Massage can cure the muscle spasm of the upper limbs in the recovery stage after stroke, decrease the muscle stress and decrease the painful sensation of patients. There is no distinct distinctness in the curative influence of the two teams.2.The cream and massage integrated with acupuncture technique can enhance the Kinesiology of the sick limb and the patient’s daily life activity ability, and the paste combined with acupuncture method is better compared with massage combined with acupuncture method.3.The plaster method combined with acupuncture method has good safety, and the method is easy to be recognized by patients, which is worth more discussion, study and usage.
