Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Anal Fissure(Damp-heat Type) By Sitting Bath

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of Yucrack Zhitong Powder sitting bath in the treatment of anal fissure(damp-heat type),the more effective treatment method for anal fissure was discussed,and the theoretical and data support for the clinical application of Yucrack Zhitong Powder was provided.Methods:The subjects of this clinical observation were 60 patients with anal fissure,all of whom were outpatients of the Anorectal Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all of whom belonged to the dampness and heat type of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with the treatment of healing crack acetanilide powder bath,and the control group was treated with 1:300 potassium permanganate.Fumigated and washed twice a day,once in the morning and once in the evening,14 days as a course of treatment.Referring to the anorectal fissure symptoms and efficacy evaluation criteria,the pain score,hematoecia,pain relief time after defecation,Hamilton anxiety scale HAMA score,anal canal resting pressure and overall efficacy of the 2 groups were observed when they were not treated with Traditional Chinese medicine in the sitting bath,at the 3rd,7th and 14 th day of medication.SPSS24.0 was used for analysis in each group.Results:There was no significant difference in general information(gender and age)between 2 groups(P >0.05).Patients in the two groups were observed on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after 2 weeks of treatment.The scores of anal pain and bleeding in the stool were compared with p<0.05,which was statistically significant.The scores of HAMA in the two groups were compared with P <0.05,which was statistically significant.The comparison results of pain relief time after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).It is suggested that drugs in the treatment group can shorten the time of pain after stool.The effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05)(73.35% in the control group and 86.67% in the treatment group,the latter being significantly higher.The comparison of the anal canal resting pressure between the two groups(P < 0.05)showed that the treatment group could better reduce the anal canal resting pressure compared with the control group.There were a total of 60 patients in the two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred,and no cases of shedding occurred.Conclusion:The treatment of anal fissure(damp-heat wading type)with sitting bath has significant clinical efficacy and convenient operation.It can relieve clinical symptoms and improve anxiety,which can be applied in clinical practice and promoted.
