Objective:By means of questionnaire survey,this study collected basic information and clinical symptoms of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunctio(AUB-O),and summarized the common symptoms,age stage and common TCM syndication of the disease.To explore the TCM syndrome ovulation obstructive abnormal uterine bleeding in different age,marital status,cultural level,professional situation and the intensity of labor,body mass index,lifestyle,maternal situation and contraception distribution for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment with TCM ovulation obstructive abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:The subjects of this study were patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to November 2020.Questionnaire survey was conducted,and the collected questionnaire information was input into Microsoft Office Excel 2016 to establish a data database of patients with ovulatory disorders and abnormal uterine bleeding.Excel 2016 and SPSS21.0 software were used to analyze the results.Results:1.A total of 1230 patients with AUB-O were included in this study,among which the youngest age was 14 years old and the oldest was 54 years old.The number of adolescent(14 to 19 years old)was the least,with 44 cases;and the number of childbearing age(20 to 44 years old)was the most,with 866 cases;The number of perimenopausal patients(45 to 54 years old)was in the middle,with 320 cases.2.According to the investigation,the main symptoms of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ovulation disorders are irregular vaginal bleeding,shortened menstrual cycle,prolonged menstrual duration,heavy menstruation,and bleeding during ovulation.Among them,the top three were irregular vaginal bleeding(778cases),prolonged menstrual time(156 cases)and ovulation bleeding(132 cases),accounting for 64.07%,12.68% and 10.73%,respectively.3.The survey involved AUB-o syndromes have 14 kinds,frequency from high to low is kidney-qi deficiency(160 cases),qi deficiency and blood stasis(154 cases),spleen deficient(150 cases),deficiency of qi and blood(142 cases),kidney deficiency and blood stasis(126 cases),damp-heat stasis syndrome(102 cases),spleen and kidney Yang deficiency(94 cases),blood stasis(84 cases),liver and kidney Yin deficiency(60 cases),and qi stagnation and blood stasis(50 cases),kidney deficiency and liver depression(38 cases),liver depression and qi stagnation(30 cases),liver depression spleen deficient(26 cases),haemorrheological nature and blood stasis(14 cases).4.The top three TCM syndromes in adolescence were spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,kidney-qi deficiency syndrome,damp-heat stasis syndrome;The top three TCM syndromes in childbearing age were kidney-qi deficiency,spleen deficiency,and deficiency of qi and blood;The top three TCM syndromes in perimenopausal period are kidney deficiency and blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and qi and blood deficiency.5.1230 AUB-O patients showed differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in main symptoms,age stage,marital status and educational level(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.6.The distribution of TCM syndromes of 1230 AUB-O patients in occupational labor intensity and the number of abortions was examined as P > 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.7.There were differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome of the 1230AUB-O patients in terms of obesity degree,lifestyle,age of menarche,number of pregnancies,number of births,number of vaginal clearing,and contraceptive measures(P < 0.05),the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The fertile age is the most common stage of AUB-O.2.The most common symptom of AUB-O is irregular vaginal bleeding.3.The most common TCM syndromes of AUB-O are deficiency of kidney-qi deficiency of qi deficiency and blood stasis,spleen deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.4.The most common TCM syndrome in adolescent AUB-O patients is spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome;The most common TCM syndrome in AUB-O patients of childbearing age was kidney-qi deficiency.The most common TCM syndrome in perimenopausal AUB-O patients is kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.5.TCM syndrome of AUB-O patients is correlated with main symptoms,age stage,marital status,educational level,obesity degree,lifestyle,age of menarche,number of pregnancies,number of births,number of times of clearing uterus,and contraceptive measures.6.There is no correlation between TCM syndromes of AUB-O patients and occupational labor intensity and the number of abortions.7.Kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,blood stasis and Qi deficiency are the main pathogenesis of AUB-O.
